Azul walked up to her as he gathered his strength. He could feel the biotic strands going into overdrive. Lettie was upset.
"Hey, it will be ok. I at least think so." Azul looked her over and didnt see any signs of possession or anything of the sort. She was just upset. "You ok?"
"Yes, I will be. I want them to bear witness brother." Lettie placed her hand up and pulled the brother over as well. "Come here!" Her voice was cold as she did so. She bit the man's neck and sealed away with their magic. "I have two witnesses to bear what the world does and what it has done."
"Alright," Azul said then becoming quiet as he turned to Mileuda's fight. He felt Lettie grab him from behind. "Huh? What is it?"
"You kept your word," Lettie said. "You are really here. I still cant believe it." Her biotic strands poured out onto Azul. "We aren't blood but we are family. Its what you said every night you were here."
"I said I would come, so I did," Azul said feeling odd. His Devil powers were rising as well as his Dragon. 'What is going on?'
"I know what you said. But they said you are gonna be different the world is gonna be different. I thought you might change your mind after you got the memories and everything else. After you got Mileuda." Lettie felt her power growing more as she held Azul.
"Meh, they are not bad memories. They are nice. I found you and Ciela young and brought you with me. You were already fused with your younger selves. We made it to a village and lived fine as we trained to get ready for my return. Well, the part of me slept without the memories of what will happen. So I can see where that can make things weird for you."
"I love you brother. Please dont change to much."
"I love you to Lettie," Azul said patting her arms. 'Something feels off.' He grabbed his chest in pain.'
'She is perfect.' Inferna said. She traveled from Azul into Lettie.
Before Azul could ask anything he felt them burst with magical energy.
System: User has fused with Aeon Ifrit. Upgrading bodies parameters. Magical thresholds increased.. new magical power available.
"Ugh, what the hell," Azul grumbled.
The Ifreet and everything about it gave itself over. A portion of its power left and went into Lettie. Inferna then left Lettie and returned to Azul.
"What the hell was the point of that?" Azul asked spitting out some clear flames. "You ok Lettie?"
"I am perfect brother," Lettie said gripping him tighter. "More perfect than ever. Thanks for the summon."
"Explain Galtea," Azul said gritting his teeth. 'Oi Devil and Dragon why didnt you stop this?'
Devil: Because it was something good. Really good hehe.
Dragon: It is going to get really better soon. Ahaah
Lluvia: She is sleeping still. I can explain in her place. The body of the Summon's went to Lettie. A guardian if you will. Inferna went to prepare her for the power and upped her magical abilities. No loss for you my User.
"Jeez ask for consent next time jeez," Azul said rubbing his temples. He then stopped. "My headaches are gone."
Lluvia: It has been monitored. I believe it is from those around you. You have absorbed more biotic strands with this version of yourself than others. Lettie helped finish them out.
'Alright. Thanks.' Azul said to her through the link. "Lettie, are you gonna let me go?"
"No," Lettie said. "I'm going to hold you till the fighting is over. Ciela has Techlis, I dont have anyone." She pouted from behind him.
"Alright then. Why dont you, fine someone, then?" Azul asked as he checked on the others again. 'They are still good.'
"I have found someone already. They are just an idiot." Lettie popped her head onto his shoulder. "You have gotten taller."
"Heh, just tell them and go from there. Idiots need help in that department." Azul chuckled a little. "Hehe, I have been in that situation before. Just put your cards on the table."
"No matter who it is?" Lettie asked.
"Well yeah," Azul said. He then felt Inferna talk to him.
'Sorry about that. But Lettie was a perfect candidate. Heck, she would be a perfect person for me to reside in. But she has a lot going on. Magically and emotionally.' Inferna said a little depressed. 'Besides we have become more compatible after the upgrade. You are a near-perfect host.'
"Ok, then. I love you brother." Lettie said giving him another squeeze.
"Huh, yeah I know you do Lettie. I love you to." Azul said looking around usuing the map. 'Love this map from Mass Effect.'
"No, you idiot. I love you love you." Lettie said. Her biotic strands hitting him all at once. "You are the idiot."
"Da fuck you just say," Azul said dumbfounded. He turned around giving her his full attention. "Say that again."
"Die heretics!" A caster yelled coming from the trees. A ball of fire coming at the two. A few others coming in from behind.
"You are interrupting something really important. You should leave now." Azul said not looking at them. "Leave and you can live." He raised his hand and blasted the magic away like one would a fly.
"You lie!" Said the caster. She grabbed her axe and bought it towards the two with a mighty swing. The force was nothing but not the blow itself, that had a little power in it. White light surrounded her for a moment. "Holy Strike!"
"Sigh!" Azul exhaled and raised his hand up. "Concussive Shot!"
The missile of power fired out killing the caster and the rest behind her. The magic kept going as it went into the trees. Azul didnt try to control the additional magic that he just gained.
"Glad no one of ours are that way," Lettie said. "I guess I should go help." She said trying to getaway.
"Oh, hell no. I am not having that crap again. I dealt with it with Agria and so many others. Not you." Azul said holding on to her. "Spill! Now!"
"Ok, ok, jeez," Lettie said. "Just let me go first."
"No, you can talk like this," Azul said. His voice stern as his Dragon interlaced with his voice. "Tell me."
"Ugh fine. I love you brother." Lettie said looking at him. "I love you more than the rest do. I studied everything I could about you in your Nether World. I mean everything. I am not like Mileuda. I dont need the Dark Pull to be ok with the things that are wrong with you. Shit you have Devil power inside you.. I have demon blood. Everything you do is ok with me as long as your happy."
"I see," Azul said looking down.
"Thats it?" Lettie asked. Her heart pounding in her chest. 'Damn it Quistis. You said everything would be ok.'
"Eh, I dont know what else to say right now. Your biotic strands are driving me nuts." Azul said. "But I know I am not letting you back away from this. So if you want me. Say it here and now. No, take backs. If you say no right now, I will cut that portion off for you in my interface."
"I want you!" Lettie said. "I dont need to think about it."
"Alright good. Don't regret this. I know I wont." Azul said looking at her. "You picked a battle field to do this. Crazy I swear."
System: Aeon has formed between User and Follower Lettie. Aeon is residing in Lettie...warning.. Aeon shell present...fusing... Follower must rest for a while.
"Thank.. you .. brother..." Lettie said as she fainted. Azul wrapped her up and placed her into his Nether World.
"Oh, boy. Shit is cray-cray all over." Azul said shrugging. "Next thing Jaina is gonna say she likes me heh!"
Jaina: What did you say about me?
'Holyshit thought you were training or something.' Azul said through the link. 'How are you usuing this link?'
Jaina: Galtea is letting me use her console.
'Ah.. ok.' Azul said skeptically. 'So no training?'
Jaina: I was training then I finished. Deep training can wait until later. I woke up when I felt the magic. Your magic is quite raw.. and untamed. Even before you got the rune magic it was powerful. This new magic inside of you is powerful. Eh its like demon's but a higher grade.
'Meh, its a gaggle of things inside of me. Hey Lluvia, give her a list of the magicks I currently have. With the magical knowledge as well.
Lluvia: No problem my User. I will get started. Also, I have found a Guyver unit if you want one. It just arrived.. but it is extremely expensive. Not enough went into the game for it have more power. You could always buy from the Anime section but it would be really weak in the worlds you visit.
'Nah, its fine. I will find some good Armour somewhere. Or I will make it. Thanks anyway.' Azul said a little depressed. 'Ah Jaina, maybe its because of my Overlord power changing.'
Lluvia: I will keep a lookout.
Jaina: Maybe I am mistaken then.
'Dyshana, come back this way. Use Teleport to get here. There are a bunch of Crystals you can get.' Azul said telepathically to her. He then went around and chopped there heads off of the Knights. The countdown appeared instantly.
'Thank you.' Dyshana said appearing a few seconds later. She restored her health with the first crystal. As for the others she acquired abilities where she could. "This world is fun." She then walked over to Azul and sniffed him. "You have gotten stronger. But you havent been fighting really. How strange."
"I will tell you later if you want," Azul said as he watched over the battlefield.
"Thank you. I am glad you are not fighting me on what I do." Dyshana said.
"Not a problem. I enjoy your history. The ups and the downs. Interacting with you is enjoyable. However, dont sacrifice any of the women in my life for you to get stronger. Or to make a kid for me that will receive my power. That stuff is a tad bit nuts." Azul said sparing her a quick glance.
"I won't. I wouldn't want to do that anyway. I learned a lot from them already. And a lot from Lluvia. I am in this for the long haul." Dyshana said. A little emotion in her voice. "I will make the ones close to you stronger. Each bond you make with them, I will make them stronger from your portion." She said floating to in front of him. "I know you want to protect them. This is the best way to do it."
"Agreed. I will just have to fight a little harder." Azul said looking at her. "You are a remarkable woman. My bad, Goddess. Just remember to be happy yourself."
"Hohoho I will. Keep Lluvia alive and happy and I will. She is the one who saved me long ago and put me in the System to keep me alive. She did it while in college. Nice girl that one." Dyshana then teleported away.
"They go to college??" Azul asked dumbfounded. "There are so many things to go through still. Uhh, I want to spend time with them to. How in the world am I gonna manage that with everyone busy?"
Mileuda and Codis were going at it heavy. Mileuda's movements are unbelievably fast and powerful. She kept Codis on his toes with each thrust. Her clothing was moderately damaged but the armor was pristine. Mileuda's entire focus was on Codis she didn't look away for a second.
The biotic strands from the battle headed towards Azul as he pulled on them. Usuing the techniques he learned in the other timeline, he devoured the psychic residue. He half mediated trying to sense any ambushers coming their way. None were nearby.
Releasing his power's to flow outward touching around everything. He felt nothing else. The more he used it, the more it harmonized. The voices started to settle down and disappeared back into his soul and psyche. He felt himself getting smarter and more powerful. Understanding more about the Devil/Dragon power. His other powers kicked up. Compliments of the Triforce piece he had.
Jaina: To think you would harmonize now. Choosing a battle zone. You must be destined for conflict if this the only way you will grow. Why not a peaceful place?
'It is not like that I think. I just have a bad temper and things tend to work badly do to it. and my actions. You should know what its like to lose control for me.' AzuI said with a little humor.
Jaina: I do. That is why I am watching you right now. To make sure you don't lose it. Also... No nevermind there is time later.
'Thanks for that. But if you have something to say, I am pretty blunt. Also very insensitive... yeah..' AzuI looked around trying to feel what was in the air. He then felt it. The twist in the air of magic...
System: Intelligence Check 22 Pass
"This may work. Mental Cleansing." He targeted the twisting energy and watched as it broke apart.
Usuing his abilities, he pull in the twisted energy toward himself and purified it as it was absorbed. He could feel his Nether World grow stronger in tandem. 'I was only able to do this for a few moments before I was interrupted last time.'
Jaina: The battle is getting to the climax with them.
Lluvia: You should give your full attention to her fight. Not just two minds on it.
Codis was no slouch but he couldn't keep up with Mileuda precision blows. Or her raw power. He made up for it with equipment and potions. They were all X-Potion. Auto potion at work.
"Why do you interfere? Tell me where they are? I have to get them all. Before the Count's men arrive, they must die." Codis said frantically.
"The count's men. One of them is right in front of me how can I let him getaway." Mileuda said while striking out, stabbing Codis right in the shoulder.
"Hmph, I work for the church, not some foolish Count. Tell me the secrets or I will kill your brother dear cousin." Codis frantically.
"I will die before I tell you anything. Better yet, you will actually." Mileuda said as she raised her weapon up. "If my brother dies.. its his own fault. He allowed you to twist him. We had a good life!" Her blade danced in the air leaving an after image as she struck out.
"Huh, what's this?" AzuI felt an influx of more magic appear around Codis. "This should not be there." Bolstering his own magic he started to prepare some spells of his own. 'Dammit. I was expecting the teleport to appear around the Apostles if anything. Not him.'
Galtea: Glad you noticed it. It is a teleportation but also an enhancement gate. Be careful.
The body that was in front of Mileuda condensed into a black mass. A crystal then formed and a gate formed around it as a creature pulled itself out.
Galtea: Don't just stand there hit it with everything you have now! If it comes out.. It will be extremely powerful.
'I know that. However.. you want me to fight it dont you? I know you and Lluvia do anyway. Show me the quest already.'
Lluvia: Heck yeah I do. Kick its butt. I will be watching everything.
Galtea: Cats out of the bag. We have increased the difficulty to gather more rewards. Beat him back a little and he will escape. The second time he comes back, the reward will increase even more.
"Fucking hell!" Mileuda said jumping back.
"Fwoosh," Azul appeared next to her. He placed a magical barrier around them. "Hey luv, how are you? Tired yet?"
"A little. Nowhere near as powerful as I was before. You fought this thing before." Mileuda said. Azul nodded at her. "I wanna rest. Ugh, I relaxed way to much waiting for you. But then again I made sure to keep the Corpse Brigade in line in some areas. As well as infiltrate the castle and other places with Tietra. I miss my Honor Guard."
"Heh, my this isn't for you. Maybe you are worn out war wise. Nothing wrong with that." Azul reached for the spear on his back but stopped. "No, I won't use that just yet. Mileuda, you dont have to fight on the battlefield anymore. There are other things in life for you."
"I know... but will you be mad if I dont fight on the battlefield?" Mileuda asked a little tired. "I will if you need me to."
"Nah, just rest. With everything going on in this world and a few others. No need for you to go to the extremes as last time. However, just keep training and earn points to defend your self."
"Muah, thank you," Mileuda said planting a kiss on his cheek. "Thanks. I just received a butt load just now. Dont worry though, I have a world I want to visit with you. I think you will love it. Now, let's kick this things butt."
"You got it. Flame Fist!" Azul said. He then triggered the spells he prepped earlier. 'Cycle up, Shield, Attack Up, Shield, Magic Shield, Regen.' He casted on both of them with his second mind. His third keeping track on the others. "Hmm, most of my mana is spent. Have to build up my reserve to get my cooldown shorten."
"Husband, you go first. I am gonna prepare something." Mileuda said gathering magic.
"Rahhh!" The demon yelled as it raised its hand. "You defied mother. Hurt mother. Die!"
With inhuman speed, it struck out.
"No problem." Azul nodded and watched how half the demon was out. "Adrenaline Rush." The new enforcement of the spell pushed above his previous means. 'Woah this is nice. I have the time to react.' Azul on steady legs got ready to jump back.
"Woosh," the arm went past him.
Throwing his Flame Fist up to the front to absorb the blow. His other hand started to prepare a concussive shot with added magic in it.
System" Strength Check 24 Pass
"Boom!" They made contact and Azul didnt budge. The demon opened its eyes in abject horror.
"You... you are different.. like.." The demon started to say.
"Flame Arrow!" The concussive shot was infused inside the spell. It arced around as the demon ducked. It new instinctively the power inside was dangerous. Placing his fingers up in the air Azul directed it straight up into the air. Willing it to gather magic as it would come back down later.
"You missed. You are no match for me." The demon mocked as it brought its horns down covered in flames. It stabbed forward trying to hit Azul. It was buying time to get out of the portal more.
"Swish," it missed as he ducked.
"Swish," it missed as he jumped over it.
"Swish," it missed as Azul weaved in the air in a twirl.
"Your so slow." Azul said stopping the spin. His knee came down as he tried for a bash on its head. He missed as it moved forward more. He did, however, catch the neck.
"Thump," a small sound rang out as he a bone.
System: Strength Check 22 Neutral
"Well, since you are going to offer your neck to me.." Azul said as he jammed his hands into the neck. "Raah!" His fingers only got up to the second knuckle. The inside of the demon's neck was full of thick powerful muscles. "I have neglected my strength. Stupid me. Will work on that."
Digging his fingers deeper inside, he tried to ring the muscles lose to get deeper inside. He couldn't, especially since the magic inside the demon tried to drain his own.
"Bad demon." Azul stomped down and ran down the demon's backside. He was tempted to use the spear but decided against it. 'Damn it, I should have activated the Growlanser ring. But no matter,
"You left the half breed open." Casting its horns towards Mileuda. "Firaja!"
"Teleport," Azul said as he pushed his psychic energy past its limits. "I wonder how strong this thing will be with my current self?"
"Kaboom!" The impact was deafening.
System: Endurance Check 32 Pass Willpower Check 33 Pass

The shot hit Azul in the face. Engulfed in the demonic fire he felt his skin burning off. His hair drifted away and his lungs burned. He wasnt pushed back keeping Mileuda safe.
"Woo," Azul breathed out a breath of air. The regen spell kicking up restoring his body at an accelerated speed. He absorbed the fire at felt nothing from it. "Bah, nothing to gain from it. Oh, well."
"You are a remarkable human. You should join us." The demon said as it arced its back gathering magic. "That or die."
"Mehhh, no. You see I needed more mana than I currently held. So I had to buy my own time. To get ready." Azul pulled the spell down from earlier. "Original Spell..Devil's Judgement!" As the spell followed his will.
The Flame Arrow burned with a heavy intensity. It was completely see-through except the core. It was unstable as it shook and threaten to break the spell apart from the inside. Before it made impact, Mileuda released her spell.
"Tzitz do your thing!" Mileuda said. Behind her, the Arcana manifested her Persona. The demon Tzitzmitl had bounded with her. No longer a demon but her actual Persona itself instead.
Tzitzmitl had blinders on its eyes, hiding a good portion of its face. She had on a long black coat and had her hands on her hips. She tilted her ip to the side at Azul tauntingly. Two of the 12 arms blew him a kiss. the rest weaved magic in the air. The other arms then tore at reality creating magical chains. After a brief moment, they broke apart. The magical energy gathered under the exposed coat creating a star underneath in the dark void.
"Dark Bufudyne!" Mileuda and Tzitz said at the same time. From out of the coat, a blast of several dark ice fired out. It pelted against the demon freezing portions of its body. Bit by bit, it was pushed back into the gate. As the coat started to close, a giant dark ice ball fired out hitting the demon right in the chest.
"Groo," it groaned. "You will pay for.." The demon was cut off as Azul's spell made contact.
"Swoosh," it penetrated right into the demon from the top of its head. "Rooooo," the demon howled in pain, creating massive winds of magic. Its body was then split in two from the head to the waist. The fire then kept gathering and pushing its body around. The ice then melted. Azul then used his control with Misty Fist to manipulate the water droplets. Spinning his hand, the water turned into needles and pelted the demon. That were forming kept hammering against it.
Right after the launch, Azul jumped back and threw up Biotic Shielding with everything he had. The spell kept them safe as the demon slid into the gate.
"Hmmm, Mental Cleansing." Azul cast the spell rerouting all his magic against it. The demon's eyes went blank as it slipped away. "Well, that was interesting. I wonder how strong it will be next time?"
"Ah, I am so tired," Mieluda said. "How about.. you.. Dammit, stop that!" Tzitz was touching Azul as he looked at the gate. "Let go of him you .. you.. ahh."
"Hehe," Tzitz laughed as it disappeared.
"You could have resisted her." Mileuda fumed. "Well?!"
"Huh, hold on," Azul said looking at the gate finally close. "What are you talking about now?"
"Why didnt you resist Tzitz?" Mileuda pouted. "She was touching you all over."
"Why would I do that? She is you. It makes no sense. She even felt like you." Azul looked at her dumbfounded. His head tilted to the side thinking it over. He shook his head dismissing the notion. "If you say dont touchback thats fine. Just make sure you control yourself. A persona is just an extension of yourself. Well more or less."
"Ehh, your right. Just felt off. You didnt even budge." Mileuda said. She realized she was acting weird and took a deep breath. "Ah, blasted thing made me jealous." Reaching in her pocket she took out some herbs and sniffed them. "Much better. To much demon energy."
"Uh-huh," Azul said looking her over. He turned to the press-ganged people and bathed them in magic again. "Mental Cleansing."
A few minutes later Dyshana came over with the others in tow shortly after.
"You didnt pass out, thats good," Riku said. "Heard last time you went down pretty bad."
"Oh, tell us about. As we move out of course." Mileuda said. "Follow me."
"Well, it went a little like this last time." Azul started to tell them as best he rembered it."
-Flashback-
I hit a stone way out in the clearing. My back broke. I noticed the siblings watching the creature. My damn abilities were still active. Their biotic strands flowed into me. They were just shocked and angry. Those two Knight's are with Lettie now.
Health -109
"Koff. Not the smartest thing I had done. I said as I tried to get up. It didn't work I didn't move an inch off the ground. My hands worked that's about it and my neck was still moveable. "Bleargh." I coughed out copious amounts of blood. I felt dizzy."
"The rune magic pulled the magic from the portal. My Mental Cleansing purified it adding back into the spell. Feeding it." Azul recited slowly.
Jaina: You might die you know that right?
"Fucking hell. My back hurts. Can you, I don't know, help me? I asked her. Damn it, she was very calm back then."
Jaina: No I cannot. But I will use your magic to collapse the portal. As long as you are conscious the spell will loop.
"Damn it all. Allistair we have a problem here. I yelled out to wherever he was." Azul looked at Tifa who was smiling as he talked.
"Yeah, we are working on it. Just keep that spell going." Alistair said.
"Who the hell is we? I wondered out loud." Azul rembered a small detail he didnt catch before. The portal's magic was more tamer. Less powerful this time. But the demon was stronger.
"He meant us. A voice said out loud." Azul tried to remember the face but it disappeared from his memory. "A group of spirit people I guess. Next to each of them was a villager. They surrounded the portal. His hands then reach out adding magic to the spell. The creature bellowed in pain. The portal was engulfed in a Tsunami of water and magical energy. Tearing through its body."
"My Soul power started reaching to each of them adding power to them. My pyscho power bolstered my mind to keep my focus. Almost all the magic in me poured outward with my biotics. My two hearts were beating powerfully in my chest it was the only thing keeping me alive at this point."
"After a few moments. Alistair was next to me. As well as Codis, and the sibling duo. Their biotic strands were a mess." Azul shook his head sadly. "Codis was an ally last time. Turned into an ally anyway. This time a full-on enemy."
"I was mistaken we have much to talk about Boss. Alistair said to me quietly. His gaze never left the portal. That was what slaughtered my people. I thought it was Codis and his troops. After seeing it I remembered more. It would possess Codis for a host and his troops would be taken over by creatures out of the portal. I still want to kill him but we need there help for now."
"I c..a..n't s..ta..y awa..k..e anym..or..e th..e sp..e.ll..it will stop. Good Luck. I said as I started fading out. I started to lose consciousness. The last thing I heard was a System notice and Jaina."
"System: Level up x2. Congrats calculating rewards."
"Jaina: Huh you didn't die? That is shocking, not bad at all."
"I was on my porch with Jaina looking at me. I was flat on my back with a little fluff of fur underneath me. "
"Jaina: You are being moved to a different location out there by Alistair. Your wounds are to extensive for your body. If it wasn't for your upgrades you would be dead. That and this wolf."
"I moved my head and saw a giant wolf." Azul stopped talking for a bit. "It was Alita."
-End Flashback-
"Brother you got wrecked last time," Ciela said. "I am glad that didnt happen this time."
"Yeah. I did but I am doing better so far. At least I think I am." Azul said looking at her. "About Lettie.. I need to tell you..."
"That she is in love with you. I know brother. I could tell since the old life." Ciela said. "She is in good hands. Just.. treat her the same as the others and everything will be fine."
"That is easy to do." Azul said. "But.. ugh. What the hell is this now?"
System: Level up. User has issues in his status and interface. Reconfiguring..
System: Lettie Unbreakable Bond
System: Rewards calculated. 5 Auxiliary patches. 5 soul patches. 5 Mind patches. 5x High pull.
The User has met level requirements. Second primary class unlocked. The User needs to rest, shutting down to re-establish a full connection.
"Ughh, I am being forced to sleep. Shit." Azul said as he became dizzy,
