This place, called Qin Land within the Huaxia Empire, had abolished the corrupt old Qin Dynasty, and the newly established Huaxia Empire had become the master of this territory, hence it was named New Qin City.
In New Qin City, near the Huaxia Traveling Palace, the continuous official residences had been thoroughly transformed into homes for officials from various states, serving as their properties in New Qin City and providing them a place to stay when they arrived.
The entire Southern Domain consisted of no fewer than one thousand nine hundred and seventy-two states, including Origin State and Ancient Spirit State, totaling one thousand nine hundred and seventy-four states; and with the addition of the unknown Four Directions State, there were a full one thousand nine hundred and seventy-five states!
