Stepping through a grand gateway, Guding finally laid eyes once again on the Heavenly Tower he had seen at the beginning, feeling a wave of relief in his heart.
Setting down Hake whom he had carried on his shoulder, Guding sat down on the spot.
"Twenty-nine days have passed, and I've finally made it out before the end of the month-long deadline! The maze within this giant tower is truly inexhaustible."
In twenty-nine days, Guding had broken through nine mazes, finally stepping out of the giant tower. Fortunately, he had also successfully retrieved Hake.
Looking at the wounded Hake beside him, he couldn't help but give a bitter smile.
"Good thing this is just the Dream World. If I had injured Hake like this in the real world, it would probably take a lot of effort to heal him."
A day's wait passed, and the time Guding had arranged to meet with Becca finally arrived, with him anxiously awaiting her arrival.
