Adrian thought that these two would act civil when presented with rare and exotic materials that can be used for alchemy. Adrian handed one of the leaves growing from Wisteria's back as it has some sort of properties that could soothe the soul. As soon as he took out Wisteria's leaf, Jianna and Brew became rabid dogs that fought each other for the right to use the material.
Jianna's shop turned into a mess and Brew's cauldron even got some dents as a result of their brawl. The fight got so out of hand that the Daemos Elders had to step in, and Adrian was forbidden to give them any material to use for alchemy for one month. Adrian then waited for the alchemy material ban to lift before heading towards them and giving them one of Kanlaon's scale.
