The opening of the Curse Diary records the family that first moved into the Japanese-style villa, heavily borrowing from the plot of "Ju-On".
Immersed in a first-person narrative.
Han Dong is the homeowner - Soei Takeshi, while Sally plays the wife - Kayako, and together they nurture their five-year-old son - Soei Toshio.
However, the origin of all resentment is not because Kayako was enamored with an old classmate and discovered by her suspicious husband, leading to her tragic murder... but for another reason.
Here, Soei Takeshi and Kayako are quite loving, with no doubts or infidelity. Even the diary entries by Kayako simply record their happy life.
This differs greatly from the original movie.
Moreover, there is an extremely important, even shocking detail to Han Dong here.
