"Mnn... N-no... stop that..." I weakly pushed Dameon's hand aside as he inches closer and takes the opportunity to kiss me when Doyle enters a dimly lit road.
My voice had to be hushed or Doyle would have realised something was amiss. I didn't want to start things between us and have it affect our work as well, even if Doyle is only working at our office temporarily.
