"Chirp chirp chirp..."
Since Little Chubby Chirp arrived, it had claimed Jiang Jincheng's head as its personal perch. The plump little body landed on his head, tilting its small head to nuzzle him affectionately before fluttering onto Ruanruan's shoulder.
Even though so many years had passed, Little Chubby Chirp Tangyuan still remembered Jiang Jincheng.
"Chirp chirp~"
With a crisp tweet, Tangyuan's excitement was evident to everyone. The fluffy little creature nuzzled warmly against the crook of Ruanruan's neck.
"Tangyuan, did you miss me?"
"Chirp!"
Jiang Jincheng reached out a finger to gently smooth down the fur on the little creature's head.
Immediately, Little Tangyuan flapped its tiny wings, soared to Jiang Jincheng's side, joyfully nuzzled his finger, then flew back to Ruanruan.
A few other little ones also clambered onto their big sister, clinging to her until she kissed each of their heads before they obediently got down and followed her to wander through the forest.
