New Human Civilization didn't feel secure haphazardly handing it over, just like the Earth Civilization with a large population in a state of hibernation. Using their butts to think, they knew — would they be able to withstand such a shock?
Once they obtained this technology, Earth Civilization would quickly descend into chaos!
By then, everyone, young and old, would flock to the Virtual World, and not a single living person would be left.
