A couple days have passed.
Hide was still in the room. It seems that his wounds have been healed. He wakes up and gasps for air.
He looks around the room and noticed that it was being clean by a subject.
The subject look at Hide. Seems to be a girl around Hide's age with red hair and crimson eyes.
"You've been unconscious for two days now. I guess you must have been through unbearable pain."
The subject soon went back to cleaning the pool of bloods. Soon a doctor came inside the room. It seems to be the Doctor who injected Hide and 02 the first syringe.
He seems to have brought in a loaf of bread and a cup of water. He brings it to Hide.
"Glad you're not dead from the torture. We thought we lost you. But you seem to be fine." the doctor stated.
Hide didn't respond and starts to munch down the loaf of bread. Hide finishes the bread and soon drinks down the cup of water.
"There, I should get back. I guess you were just hungry."
The doctor soon cleans up and leave the room and Hide and the girl in there.
"What was in that water? It tasted gross and somewhat murky." Hide said in disgust.
"That wasn't water you drank from. They said it's a special fluid that are give to us. Said it's a good thing to drink from recovery." the girl answered.
The girl goes back to cleaning the room.
"What's your name and code number? And why are you in here?" Hide asked.
"I was assigned to clean up this room. The name is Lucy, subject number 31." Lucy answered.
"Can you get me out of these cuffs?"
"Sure but at a cost."
"What is it?"
"Clean the room until the doctor comes back."
"Fine, I'll do it."
Lucy soon takes out a key and starts to unlock Hide's cuffs. As Hide got out of his cuffs, he gets out of the beds to noticed he was naked. He somewhat screams and quickly covers himself with the white blanket.
Lucy didn't seem to be faze from what she saw. She hands him a set of clothes. Hide grabs the clothes.
"Can you at least turn around while I change?" Hide asked.
Lucy turns around. Hide quickly changes into the clothes he got from Lucy. Lucy turns around to look at him. Hide somewhat screams in embarrassment of how his pants and shirts are so torn and worn out.
"I'm sorry Hide but I thought those clothes would have been better on you, but I was wrong."
"Shouldn't you know if the clothes were torn or not."
Lucy didn't answer him.
Hide sighs. Soon a noise was heard. Lucy somewhat alerted runs out of the room.
"I need to go. There should be enough water buckets for you to clean the blood and the blood on the bedsheets."
"Wait~"
Lucy hurriedly runs out of the room and leaves Hide all alone. The door soon was locked tight when she left.
"What's with her?"
Hide looks around the room and picks up where Lucy have left off and starts to clean the bloody room. He seems to be frustrated as he cleans the blood.
He soon remembers that these are mostly his blood and not 02's blood at all. Since he remembers her blood being disappear from thin air.
As he cleans the room and used the rest of the water buckets. He managed to fully clean the room. It was all clean and the blood was no more.
After some time cleaning the room, he sits on the table and thinks about his escape while being stuck in Edens Garden to suffer.
Soon a metal door was heard unlocked. In came the doctor from earlier. He noticed that Lucy was nowhere in sight and Hide in his torn clothes.
He goes up to Hide.
"Sorry that took a while Hide, seems that you are going to be taken to Director Aura's office. Aside from that you look funny in those clothes."
The doctor starts to walk out. Hide follows behind.
The two walks down the hallway. Hide sees Lucy cleaning the hallway and noticed some smidge of blood, where she was cleaning.
Soon Hide made it into the Director Aura's office. He heads inside. He sees Director Aura sitting down on her chair. She sees him and smiles at him.
"Hide-kun, still alive aren't you? Sorry about those torn clothes. Here."
Aura hands Hide a new set of clothing. Hide take the new set of clothing. Aura turns away and Hide puts on the clothes.
Aura turns around after Hide was done dressing.
"That looks cute on you."
Hide sees himself in a reflection of a mirror. He seems to be wearing shorts and a short sleeve black jacket.
"What are these clothes for?" Hide asked.
"You'll be going to the beach with other subjects. Thanks to you, Hojo and I thought about a trip for you subjects that greatly helped us."
"The beach?"
"Seems that you never been there before. I guess you haven't been in the outside world for a while now. I'm sure that you'll like it.
"Now then, my lovely subject shall take you back to your cell. She was quite the fighter but she's back to normal."
Hide sees 02 come in the room. She seems to be also dressed for the trip.
The two soon leaves Aura's office and was in the hallway.
"Sorry that you were caught up with me. It should have been me who should have been tortured. Not you."
"It's fine, really? I'm Hide, what about you?"
"Rin."
She didn't seem to talk after she told Hide her name. The two soon makes it back to their cell.
Some minutes passed. Hide's cell was unlocked by a guard.
Hide follows the guard and was lead to a room that somewhat led to the outside.
He sees the other subjects and Director Hojo and Aura.
He sees Jin, Sona, Lucy, and five more subjects. Hide goes up to Jin and Sona and introduced Lucy and Rin to them. Soon the other five subjects introduced themselves to each other.
In some ways, Hide noticed that some of the subjects didn't seem to be comfortable around him. They seemed to be worried and scared of his presence.
Hide somewhat starts to walk away from them and somewhat noticed that he was somewhat a monster to the other subjects.
It was probably for the better good Hide thought of. It wasn't until then Hojo starts to blow a whistle and out from above came in a huge flying manta ray. It starts to land down onto the ground.
It let out a noise that somewhat was mystical to the subjects.
Hojo starts to climb on its fin and tells Aura and the subjects to get onboard. As everyone was on board of the manta ray. It seems that its back was spacious enough for everyone and the guards.
Hojo soon whistles and the huge flying manta ray starts to take off. Hide and the other subjects were somewhat amaze to see the outside world and flying from above.
Hide looks into the vast distance of green mountains and hills. He was smiling and taking in the fresh air.
"So this is the outside world. It's beautiful?"
