What is even more terrifying than liver cancer is that while the mid-stage symptoms of liver cancer can become apparent, it is very difficult for the mid-stage symptoms of duodenal cancer to manifest. By the time it is discovered, it is usually at an advanced stage. The symptoms of late-stage duodenal cancer can be easily confused with those of liver cancer since the duodenum, liver, bile duct, and pancreas are anatomically located close to each other. Once one of them is affected, the others may follow suit.

As for the idea that different pain locations in the organ anatomy can produce subtly different pain areas, theoretically it seems feasible, but in practice, doctors also cannot simply differentiate based on the patient's abdominal pain.
