Three weeks before the end of the probation period.
Clarissa Yunia had started to blend in more comfortably with the team. In the first few weeks, she was stiff—slightly reserved and overly formal. But over time, her calm yet meticulous personality gradually found acceptance.
One of the first people to warm up to her was Rani, the design assistant who had been working under Andra for almost five years.
"Clara, did you render the shading on the façade manually or use auto lighting?" Rani asked while they worked side by side at the workstation.
"Manually. I tweaked the exposure a bit to capture that warm afternoon feel."
Rani nodded, then grinned. "It really comes through. At first, I thought you were super stiff, but turns out, you're pretty fun to brainstorm with."
Clarissa let out a small laugh. "When it comes to work, I do tend to be more serious. But outside of that, not really."
