I nodded and sent another barrage of icicles crashing down across the lightning dome that now surrounded the monster, its attempts at protecting itself from the ranged attacks failing far quicker than it had anticipated thanks to the combined efforts of Leone and I.
There was something about this being a fight between four of us and one of this monster that made me wonder if this was meant to be harder than it currently was or if we were just firing on all cylinders in the right way at the right time...
It was just something I couldn't help but think about as I watched that defensive dome collapse, allowing three of my icicles to punch through the monster's thick fur and embed themselves into its shoulder, only to be shattered a moment later as the electricity that seemed to be native to its body arced onto these new additions.
