Chapter 2 - Gww

Allen woke up from his sleep once more. This time, he remembered his stay in Atlantis with a touch of shame. He had committed a sin—not because he didn't have feelings for Mera, their connection was real, but because he had left Atlantis without resolving that connection, abandoning a girl who had likely fallen in love with him.

Allen sighed as he sat up. 2B also woke up and got out of bed without dressing. With a soft look, she helped him get dressed. Allen hugged her, trying to shake off a lingering regret, knowing he'd have to face that unresolved matter shortly.

...

(A couple of hours later)

Today was different from usual. Allen didn't go to Empire University. He left his apartment and headed to a specific address. After walking for a while, Allen checked the time and decided to teleport. He appeared at a bus stop and waited patiently.

His clothes were neat and clean, clearly indicating that he wanted to look presentable. It wasn't long before a bus arrived, and a girl stepped off wearing a skirt, blouse, and jacket for the cold. Her presence stood out among the crowd, who couldn't help but glance at the beautiful young woman.

It was Sue Storm. Despite the stares, her eyes immediately sought out Allen, as if she could sense him. Allen smiled in her direction before walking over.

Once they stood face to face, a quiet pause followed, as if exchanging unspoken words.

"Ready to go?" Allen asked with a mysterious smile.

"Sure—just don't kidnap me and sell my organs," Susan replied, breaking her emotionless expression with a joke.

Allen clicked his tongue. "Don't be silly. A pretty girl like you is worth more if I sell you whole."

Sue gave Allen a disapproving look. "Flirting like that won't get you anywhere, Mr. Womanizer."

Allen raised an eyebrow. "Only a weird girl like you would consider being sold a compliment."

"Thanks," Sue replied with a dazzling smile.

Allen chuckled under his breath. Ever since Sue found out about his relationship with the three girls, some people expected a rift to form between them, maybe even that they'd drift apart—but that didn't happen. Much to the frustration of many, including Johnny Storm, their bond didn't weaken. In fact, it grew stronger, to the point where it seemed like they had gotten even closer.

Then it happened. During a casual conversation, Sue asked Allen out on a date. If it had been any other girl, Allen might've thought she had feelings for him. But Sue didn't seem to have any hidden motives—just curiosity. When Allen asked her why, Sue said she wanted to experience a proper date.

She had tried three times before. The first time, she got too lazy and simply didn't show up. The second time, she made it to the café, but the guy barely said three words before boring her, so she left. The third time, she completely forgot about the date. The guy called her screaming after waiting three hours, so she got mad, hung up, and blocked his number.

Allen didn't just think Sue was weird anymore—he had confirmed it. Still, at least she made it to the location and didn't leave.
