As the construction and mass expansion across the globe progressed in reclaiming lands from the Honkai, there was much to be done. Fortunately, MOTH was handling it all efficiently... but there weren't enough hands on deck.
They needed recruits.
"Eehh~ are we out of manpower?" Elysia teased with a playful tone, her pink hair bouncing as she leaned forward, the sunlight catching hints of shimmer in her locks.
"Yes," Dr. MEI sighed, glancing at complaints from various branches and the strict manpower distribution regulations, her brow furrowed in deep thought, grappling with the weight of responsibility that rested on her shoulders like an invisible burden.
"Hmm..." Elysia pondered, her playful smile unfading, her mind racing with mischievous ideas as she scanned the room full of busy researchers and scientists.
Meanwhile, Mobius, still sporting a slight belly from indulging in Aeon's cooking, noticed Elysia's grin and couldn't help but sigh, a mix of amusement and exasperation playing on her features. Her long green hair swayed as she looked directly at Elysia, silently questioning the motives behind her friend's sly expression. "What are you plotting?" she inquired, her voice laced with a hint of curiosity and resignation.
"Hehe~ I think I know just the thing," Elysia replied with a confident smirk, her eyes gleaming with excitement and a touch of mischief that hinted at her upcoming scheme.
"Of course..." Mobius shook her head, returning to her research, the hum of machinery and soft clinks of equipment the backdrop to her focused activities as she delved back into her scientific pursuits.
Eden chuckled softly, "What do you have in mind?" Her voice held a hint of amusement, her eyes twinkling with a shared sense of mischief as she awaited Elysia's response, ready to be part of whatever plan was brewing.
"I'll grab the camera. Eden, could you get Sakura and Fu Hua?" Elysia asked, turning quickly and waddling off, her steps light and quick, brimming with anticipatory energy as she set her plan into motion, leaving a trail of excitement in her wake.
"Got it," Eden nodded, smiling, her expression a mix of collaboration and amusement, eager to see what unfolds from Elysia's impromptu idea, her own curiosity piqued.
"Huh? What are you two up to-" Mobius' question was cut short by Elysia's sudden exclamation, the younger girl already racing off on her next mission, leaving a puzzled yet slightly amused expression on Mobius' face.
"I'll ask Uncle if he has the music!" Elysia's voice echoed in the distance, a blend of determination and enthusiasm carrying through the bustling research facility as she sought to complete her grand plan.
A few minutes later, most of the Flamechasers had gathered, except Kalpas, who was busy fighting Honkai beasts, and Kevin, away on a mission. Kosma and Griseo were off on an expedition with Griseo's parents.
Dr. MEI let out a deep sigh, the expression of puzzlement etched across her face as she gazed at the unfolding situation. "Could someone kindly offer an explanation for what is transpiring here?" her voice was laced with curiosity and a tinge of frustration.
"Exercise a bit of patience, MEI," Eden chimed in with a chuckle, his tone teasing. "You might just find yourself pleasantly surprised by the outcome."
With a quizzical expression, MEI arched an eyebrow in response to the notion of fun, silently questioning the unfolding events and their potential outcome.
Meanwhile, Mobius, her voice carrying a note of resignation, muttered, "I can sense that this is not going to end well," indicating her feelings about the situation with a weary sigh.
Aponia, seated among the group, nervously shifted in her place, a small bead of sweat forming on her brow as she stole glances at Sakura and Fu Hua, her mind filled with queries about why she had been brought into this particular scenario.
Meanwhile, in the bustling laboratory of Aeon, a place where the latest technological marvels unfolded, Elysia's cheerful voice filled the air as she chirped in her youthful exuberance, "Hi, Uncle! I'm borrowing your speaker and music today."
Her lively fingers danced over the keys of his computer system, deftly transferring a peculiar track she had stumbled upon, the one labelled 'See Tinh,' onto a sleek USB device that shimmered under the artificial lights.
"Mhm..." Aeon, the enigmatic figure enveloped in a serene aura amidst the chaos of gadgets and wires, emitted a soft, almost melodic, mechanical hum in acknowledgment of Elysia's presence and actions.
"Thank you, Uncle! I truly appreciate it; this musical selection will undoubtedly enhance the allure of the recruitment ad," Elysia expressed her gratitude with a radiant smile spreading across her face before swiftly gliding out of the lab, her footsteps echoing in the corridor.
"Mhm..." Aeon droned, still absorbed in his work.
...
...
...
"Wait..." A moment later, he paused, "Recruitment... advertisement?"
Back in the meeting room, the ladies waited, anticipation mixed with mild confusion.
Mobius sighed, glancing at the clock. "Where is she? What's taking so long-"
"Hey, check this out!" Elysia's voice rang as she burst in, speaker in hand. She plugged in the USB, cleared a space in the room, and launched into a vibrant dance to 'See Tinh,' her moves like something out of an MMD Animation Video.

The room was silent, and everyone wore expressions ranging from shock to pure confusion. Eden's eyes sparkled with intrigue, genuinely impressed. Mobius, however, looked irritated and bewildered, her brow furrowing deeper by the second. Sakura and Fu Hua could only stare blankly, utterly lost, while Dr. MEI's mouth hung open in stunned disbelief. Aponia was perhaps the most astounded, her gaze wide with shock as she tried to process what she was witnessing.
"I'm sorry… This is really your 'great idea'?" Dr. MEI finally managed, still somewhat dumbfounded.
"Yep! This'll definitely get us recruits!" Elysia grinned cheerfully, her pink elf ears wiggling slightly in amusement as she basked in their reactions.
"I—I… How? What? You…?" Mobius, unable to find the right words, finally sighed and started to leave the room. "I need a nap…"
Eden chuckled, resigning herself to the odd logic of Elysia's antics. Clapping her hands, she praised, "That was great! And the song was surprisingly catchy. Where'd you find it?"
"Oh, it's one of Uncle Aeon's tracks! He has tons of songs he's made but never published," Elysia answered brightly, her eyes lighting up at the mention of her unconventional "uncle."
"Wait, 'he' makes music?" Sakura, her initial confusion replaced by curiosity, looked thoughtful. She liked music and wondered what else Aeon had in his collection. "I wonder if he has any rock or metal tracks…"
"Since when does a giant robot make music!?" Aponia, still stunned, muttered to herself, completely flabbergasted.
Meanwhile, Fu Hua simply stood in silence, her face a mixture of awe and hesitation, unable to grasp what she had just witnessed.
Elysia's mischievous smile grew wider. "So! I got the song, and now we all need to practice!" She gestured toward Aponia, Sakura, and Fu Hua. "Alright, let's get started!"
"Eh?!" Aponia's eyes widened.
"M-Mh?!" Sakura flinched.
"H-Huh?!" Fu Hua tensed, nervousness flickering in her eyes at whatever Elysia had planned.
"Fufu~ Come on, team!" Eden encouraged, giving them a gentle nudge forward.
Dr. MEI, watching the chaotic scene unfold, sighed deeply, shaking her head. "Fine… just do it. We're trying every possibility at this point…"
And so, in a bizarre turn of events, the team began their unorthodox training, with Elysia leading the dance. When they finally recorded and uploaded the video, it somehow worked. To everyone's amazement, it attracted an overwhelming wave of new recruits—most of them young men, eager for battle and thoroughly captivated by the unconventional advertisement.
Elysia was thrilled with the results and already scheming up the next plan. "Let's make a poster! It'll be great for extra advertising!"
Eden, as the wealthiest woman around, quickly funded the idea, ordering dozens of posters that looked more like pop idol advertisements than military recruitment.
As they admired the results, Eden gave Elysia a teasing look. "You know, I have to ask… How did you learn to dance like that?"
"Hehe, that's a trade secret~" Elysia replied with a playful wink, grinning from ear to ear as her plan came together perfectly.
Elysia was just a high school student, vibrant and full of energy. For her latest P.E. project, she needed to create a dance routine, one that would impress her classmates and teacher. The requirements were clear: a well-choreographed dance with great music.
She knew just who to turn to. With a playful whine, she clung to the metallic leg of her "Uncle" Aeon, the towering machine who had always supported her in his own quiet way. "Uncle~~ Can you help me with my project?" she pleaded, looking up at him with big, hopeful eyes.
Aeon's mechanical systems hummed, the faint sounds of gears and circuits buzzing as he considered her request.
After a moment, he finally sighed, a deep, resonant tone echoing from his core. "I do have something… Do you wish to engage in practice activities?"
Elysia's face lit up. "Sure!" she beamed, her excitement almost tangible.
And so, the practice sessions began. In the quiet of Aeon's workshop, Elysia learned the steps under his guidance. Aeon composed a custom track just for her, a song perfectly tailored to her movements. The beat pulsed through the space as Elysia moved to the rhythm, her steps growing sharper and more expressive with every session.
To add a unique twist to her performance, she decided to wear a maid uniform for the video, spinning and twirling in sync with the upbeat tempo. The outfit added a touch of charm to her routine, and as the video took shape, she couldn't help but feel proud of her progress.

"Yay! Thanks, Uncle!" Elysia exclaimed as they wrapped up the recording. She then noticed a worn, yet neatly organized, book on a nearby shelf, its title catching her eye: Dancing Steps: How to Become a Pop Idol 101.
Curious, she picked it up. "By the way, can I keep this?" she asked, holding it up for Aeon to see.
"Sure," Aeon replied in his deep, mechanical voice.
She giggled, glancing at the book. "Seriously, where did you even buy this?"
"I found it… online," Aeon answered simply, his monotone voice almost humorous in its contrast to the quirky book.
"Oh, I see," Elysia replied, her voice light with amusement. With her "Uncle" Aeon's help, she had everything she needed—not just for her project, but maybe, just maybe, for a bit of stardom someday.
