Claud agreed to let Kangki stay with Astri first. Claud was the last one who had a night with her before the battle with Baal, so he decided to let Kangki go first. Kangki and Claud are like oil and water, but they became best friends, knowing what the other is thinking without even needing to look at each other's minds.
Astri could notice that all of her spouses might have changed some aspects, but there was something good about what happened. They became more connected, united; if they didn't have each other to hold onto, they would have given up long ago.
