Adam grabs his car keys, gets out of his house, and drives out.
Half an hour later, he arrives at Joe's house. He parks his car right outside and gets out.
He looks at Joe's house and smiles. He can't wait to see how Emily will react to him after what transpired between them, and everything that has happened till now.
She should be aware of him going on a date with Ruth and her spending the night with him.
He doesn't think Emily is dumb enough to not know what happened between him and her daughter. Now he wants to know if her desire for him is greater than her morals.
Because a woman with high morals would never sleep with her own daughter's lover. Or will they? Adam wants to see if his charm is strong enough to waver Emily.
