"I've told you many times, stop coming to find me!" The woman lowered her voice, visibly upset, her cheek marred by a long, albeit faint, scar that was still striking.
"I really didn't want to bother you, but I'm in such a tight spot now, I had no choice but to turn to you," the man said, rubbing his hands and looking somewhat uneasy.
"I've already paid you a lot, enough to compensate for what you did for me back then!" The woman's voice had a tinge of annoyance.
