Scarlet turned slightly and let out a groan before a smile formed on her lips. She could feel Damien's hand holding her and the events of last night was still vivid in her mind. She didn't want to wake up so soon because she didn't want to leave his side just yet. All other activities for the day can still wait, she thought, but after few seconds, she parted her eyes opened just to have a glimpse of him.
"Wakey wakey."
Scarlet's vision blurred at first when she saw someone staring down at her and on recognizing the face, she split her eyes wide opened immediately and sat up on bed.
"Morgan," she called in surprise, but it was only when she moved her eyes to the other side of the room that she saw that her mother was also in the room, who was also staring at her. Embarrassed, she pulled the sheet above her head and tapped Damien immediately to wake up.
