"This time, mine will definitely go higher than yours!" the little girl said indignantly.
"Impossible. Yours can only get as high as mine at best!" Emily Simpson took a glance at her own kite and kindly said to her.
Their kites were of the same size, so the length of the string was more or less the same. Moreover, the little girl was much shorter than her; maybe her kite wouldn't fly as high!
Faced with Emily's discouragement, the little girl didn't pay any more attention to her and instead held onto her kite and ran to a distance to get 'airborne'!
Emily sat down holding the string casually, as though watching a show, curious to see the girl fly her kite.
However, this time, she encountered the same problem Emily had at first.
Her kite wouldn't take off!
The little girl was frustrated, and just when she was getting upset, she saw Emily staring at her and stamped her foot in anger!
"Stop looking at me, fly your kite!"
