Capital Province's evening weather was quite nice, and if one looked up, they could faintly see the twinkling starlight.
Gwendolyn Young was sitting in the bedroom making a call to her husband, inevitably bringing up the topic of their daughter, Jillian Carter.
During the call, Gwendolyn sighed to her husband, her tone unable to hide her emotions.
She informed her husband of what Jillian had done, and added, "I scolded her last night, and today she's been avoiding me all day long. When I leave the house, she does too, and when I'm home, she locks herself in her room, not even coming downstairs for dinner. I've decided to move out from here tomorrow."
Gwendolyn was very upset. "Husband, I'm somewhat at a loss about how to guide our daughter. I feel like a failure as a mother; not only did I fail to take good care of our son, but I'm also failing to guide our daughter."
