Because, internally, one approaches the problem through what appears to be the most hasty and fragmented assumptions and perceptions of it.

One imagines they've arrived at what feels like the most suitable understanding or preparation for action regarding the problem.

It seems that everything then becomes unnecessary—those other unsuitable methods of solving or addressing the problem that one might possess.

Likewise, people seem to grasp what looks like a clearer, more fitting explanation or expression in dealing with the problem.

The remaining actions gradually, therefore, no longer require those other, unconfirmable or misunderstood considerations under such circumstances.

Beginning to confront the problems anew, one may thus bring about a relatively excellent and clear understanding, or a distinctly defined analysis.
