Ye Ranran huffed and strode away.
"Why is Young Master Song still not leaving?" Zhou Xian sneered, "Could it be that, in consideration of our past as colleagues, you want to stay here with me for the night?"
"Want to leave this place?" Song Jade didn't pick up Zhou Xian's topic.
Isn't that an obvious question? Zhou Xian huffed: "Who wouldn't?"
"I can reinstate your position, but you have to tell me everything you know," Song Jade dangled the bait.
Zhou Xian struggled, not responding immediately.
"You think it over, and let me know when you've decided. To contact me, just say the word," Song Jade wasn't pushing him.
Once he left, no one else was locked in with Zhou Xian.
"He changed his mind?" Soon after, a voice reached Zhou Xian's ears.
"Hmm, probably sees some use in me still; we could set a trap within a trap," Zhou Xian lay on the bed, with his back to the door, whispering faintly.
