Darcero Kingdom's atmosphere is very lively. Not only because the war is finally over and the defense of the soldiers are successful but also due to how even the commoners are included with the celebration.
While many other countries would not care celebratinf important things with the commoners leaving them starving, Darcero Kingdom is different and they would always make sure that if the Nobles are eating good, the commoners must also eat good and this celebration is no exception to that. This is why even though the Darcero Kingdom is ruled by monarchy like other kingdoms, the people love the Royal Family as they all treat everyone like equal.
While Elaina and the other chefs are still cooking, the banquet has already started with the usual liveliness of the people. Since even the commoners were included in this celebration, it was also natural for the whole kingdom to be lively.
