Crack
A Crack appeared in the horizon ripping the night sky that was filled with an unfathomable sea of stars, and then a shimmering gold light burst out the crevice of the crack and soared through the blanket of stars in the night sky in breakneck speed coming out as a blur, akin to a shooting star.

Underneath the swaying of trees and ruffling of bushes under the bright sun a man possessing blue-silver hair awoke from his slumber, "Eh??... W-what happened?" He snapped himself out of his confusion and turned to his trusty old friend, "Ciel are you there?"
A feminine monotone voice replied in his mind, [I am here]
Hearing the familiar voice, the man heaved a sigh of relief and thought, 'Hm?.. She's acting a little weird, it feels like she's on auto pilot..'
"What happened?.." He continued.
[It seems like our trip back home has encountered a mishap] The voice named Ciel replied.
"What do you mean mishap?.. It was supposed to be foolproof, did someone intervene?" He replied shockingly. He was the Chaos Creator ya know! Like God but on steroids!
[That thought is valid]
"Hmm… Then do you know where we are?" Dumbfounded, he asked as he began looking around the surroundings. It was teeming with life, an abundance of trees and greenery with steep cliffs and mountains, he felt the breeze pass by, 'The air feels so clean and refreshing'
[Answer. We have landed far away] Ciel answered.
'Im not blind..' He frowned, closing his eyes he attempted to use his skill {Universal Sense} and found that…. He cannot. 'WHAT?.. Ciel' Stunned, he turned towards his partner.
[Analyzing]

[Confirmation Complete. All of the skills including Ultimate skills has been locked except for one.]
This time he was more surprised and yelled, "WHAT!?.. HOW!" He fell to his knees and his voice echoed in the trees causing a flock of birds to fly away.
[It would seem that the one behind the intervention has sealed them] Ciel replied.
"This.. Ciel, can you unseal them?" He asked.
[Attempting]

He watched as Ciel attempted to unseal the skill countless times to no avail and heaved a heavy sigh, "Ciel, you can stop" and continued "What skill do I have left that is unsealed atleast?"

'Only one left and it's a Sub-skill..ugh' He grasped his chest in pain, "All my skills gone, reduced to ashes!" He fell to the ground dejected.
[Suggestion. Travel this new world and create new skills and grow powerful enough to break the seals to get back to our world] Ciel continued, [You already did it once in our previous world when you broke Veldora's seal, you can do it again but in much grander scale]
'Oi oi Are you serious right now?, just when I thought I could have a nice vacation..' He stared at the sky speechlessly.
He let out a resigned sigh and accepted his fate, "Seems like I have no choice then.. The other's are definitely still waiting for me." He wasn't too worried about them as he knew that they were capable enough to take care of themselves, Right?.. Righht?
"..."
"Oh no.."
"I gotta get back as soon as possible" He got back up and looked back at the surroundings once more, trying to think of his next course of action and decided,
"This world is still unknown to me. I must have means to protect myself from it, {Skill Creation} is the most suitable to my situation right now since it's very versatile"
He smiled and he caught sight of a fruit shrub in the distance, he suddenly thought of an idea.
"Ciel, can't you just recreate all of my skills back?" He asked, he figured that It was very unlikely as someone that powerful who sealed his powers would not leave such a loophole unnoticed. But who knows right?
[It is not possible, as we have no means to pass the requirements of the skill's creation] Ciel answered.
He smiled and said, "So it is possible then?.. As long as the requirements are met"
[Confirmed. It is possible]
He rose back to life like a plant that, after a week of not being watered, is suddenly given the life-giving nourishment it desperately needed.
"Ciel Re-create all the skills that can be brought back" He sighed in relief and he thought, 'Good thing i figured it out early'
He felt shivers when he thought he would have to start everything from scratch.

"Is that it?" He said, and Ciel replied,
[Negative. Many other skills were also obtained however due to them being inferior versions of the skills you possess now, they were scrapped and turned into magicules that were absorbed]
"I see, I've been brought back to a demon slime as well." He murmured and thought, 'I've retained my powers when I was a newly born demon lord, no maybe a bit weaker… Hmm?' He smiled and said,
"Ciel, Combine Skill {Devourer} and {Starved}"
[Combining {Devourer} and {Starved} via Unique Skill {Degenerate}]
[Combination Complete. Skill Created {Gluttony}]
"Although I didn't manage to get some other skills like my {Lord of Gluttony Beelzebuth} or {Demon lord's Haki} This should be enough to make my time here easier" He let out a satisfied huff,
He made his way to the fruit shrub and motioned his open palm over it and said, "Devour {Gluttony}!"
A torrent of blackish-purple energy burst free from his palm and engulfed the shrub whole, devouring it until nothing was left— "{Analysis}"

Mondstadt's Local Specialties
"Alright then, this place called Mondstadt is our first destination" He said, completely ignoring the fact that they knew nothing about this world's landscape.
[Notice. Peculiar energy detected beyond the cliff] Ciel informed him.
'Peculiar energy?' Hearing her, he made his way to the edge of the cliff and peered down.
It was a lake shaped of a meteor impact with a lump of land in the middle, where a statue stood.
The statue was glowing in a shiny blue light radiating what Ciel called "Peculiar energy—
[Analyzation Complete. This peculiar energy bears resemblance to fate energy] Ciel briefed him.
"Oh?.. I see, so this place has gods as well.." He sighed, dealing with gods would always be annoying and tedious as they are always too stubborn. He vowed in his mind to not involve himself with them in this world.
Looking at the statue, "That one must be one of them." He said. It resembled a boy? Seated on the top holding a glowing sphere, wearing only one piece of garment covering small parts of its thin frame.
He jumped down the cliff and made his way into the edge of the lake. He stopped to look into the surface of the water, where he glanced upon his own reflection.
Long blue-silver hair flowed beyond his broad shoulders to his back, lightly chiseled jawline with a clean shaven face with piercing golden-yellow eyes making him raise his brows in surprise.
A dude.
Undoubtedly a dude.
"HUH"
He let out surprised, "I don't remember shape-shifting to a guy prior to this though?... hehe well It can't be helped, I'm pretty handsome so all is good!"
It was then, a violent gust of wind ripped through the air threatening him to be blasted to the sky. Standing firm he searched the origins of the gust and settled on a place in the distance.
A realization came up in his mind, 'This feels like divine energy… If I absorb some of the energy from the wind's origin, Ciel might awaken' Completely throwing away the vow he made just minutes ago…
He charged headfirst into the direction of the wind's center, trees and landscapes flew by as he used the skill {Spatial Motion} covering the ground in front of him at a rapid pace. If he knew the exact location of the place it would've been faster to use the skill there directly.
As the landscapes flew by he came to an abrupt halt, "Oya?.. Are those monsters?" He said, looking up front spotting a camp with weird goblin looking monsters.
Shifting through the space around him, he got closer and discovered that the monsters wore masks adorned with tribal markings.
Two of them stood out, towering over the rest at triple the size, wielding a large shield and flaming red ax, while dancing some ritual dance.
Breaking their little dance routine by coming down the hill he said, "Hello there!" in a jovial tone.
The monsters, however, responded not with words, but with primal and aggressive attacks. Causing him to sigh and retreat back, "What a wasted opportunity of greatness!"
Landing back a few meters he extended his hand and cast {Black Flame-Thunder}.
The air cackled with malevolent energy as shadows entwined with bolts of electric force, creating a spiraling vortex of lightning clouds. Thunderbolts, licked with shadows, struck down upon the creatures, causing them to turn black, smoke coming out their mouths.
"Eh?.. I held back quite a bit though." He said.
[Notice. Activate Skill {Gluttony}?] Ciel's question snapped him out of his thoughts.
"Uh.. Yes"
Dark tendrils of energy extended and wrapped around the monsters devouring them whole,

"Well, I didn't expect that at all," he said and continued, "How cruel, to be punished to wander the world for all time in those forms. It seems like they've lost their minds as well. To punish an entire kingdom with immortality... it must be a god or someone of higher power." A familiar voice snapped him out of his pondering.

"Oh?.. It must be from that flaming red ax the big one was holding" He said, and Ciel continued,

"A new Unique Skill already?.. with how things are going I'll be back in no time," He said satisfied.
Looking up, the raging winds seemed to gradually subside. It had gone as fast as it had appeared, 'It's gone.. I got too distracted'
Feeling regret he devoured the scraps the monsters dropped/spawned?. And making a mental note to check them later and went back on track.

With a final shift of space he landed on a small hill overlooking a bridge that was connected from the path to the origins of the wind.
The path led to cobblestoned streets and several tall damaged windmills surrounded by a large stone castle wall.
As he started walking towards the bridge, he noticed a presence creeping up the path behind him. It appeared that the other individual had also become aware of his presence as well, and called to him, "Hmm?.. My, we seem to be getting more visitors lately"
A man with a tanned complexion and navy-blue hair with streaks of lighter blue, accompanied by a waist-length lock of hair said, and continued, "The name's Kaeya Alberich, Cavalry captain of the Knights of Favonius, to whom do I owe this pleasure?"
"Rimuru, Rimuru Tempest" He said after a short silence.
