It was Glen's first day of college, he was headed to his major when he noticed people crowding the entrance.
He approached the gathering when a student unexpectedly bumped into him, scattering his books across the floor. The student hurriedly picked up a few books, handed it to him and hurried to the crowd. Glen picked up the remaining books himself and shook his head. Well at least he made an effort.
As Glen finished picking up his books, he swiftly glanced at the crowd when his eyes locked onto a familiar face beaming through the crowd, his heart skipped a beat. Henry?
He approached the crowd and it was Henry, his 5 years crush. He never imagined he'd attended the same college as him.
Glen found his heart fluttering over again. The lecturer soon arrived and the crowd scattered rushing inside the hall.
Glen blinked baffled as he watched Henry walk into the hall also. Henry takes the same art course with me?! I can't believe…my heart is racing so fast right now!
Everyone assembled their seat and Glen sat at the back row to avoid drawing attention to himself, he couldn't help but notice Henry's broad shoulders from where he was sitting.
After lectures, Henry had group of students flocking around him just like in high school. Glen realized he was staring too intently and would straight up look like a weirdo if someone unexpectedly saw him. In a mild panick, he packed his books and headed over to charlotte's major to invite her for lunch, she soon finished what she was doing and they both went to the cafeteria to grab some lunch.
While on their lunch, Henry walked into the cafeteria with students bustling around him as usual.
He has become more handsome, enchanting, manly and distinguished with his hair immaculately styled. He wore a long coat with a turtle neck beneath it, he truly looked like the son of a wealthy man.
Charlotte eyes widened as she realized it was Henry from their high school. "Isn't that your crush Henry from highschool?!" She asked in a loud voice.
Glen got startled by Charlotte's loud question and whispered hesitantly. "yes…"
She returned her gaze to Henry's direction mesmerized. "He looks more handsome now…"
Charlotte and Glen could not stop themselves from stealing glances at Henry's direction as he sat down on a table opposite them with his friends—crossing his legs over the other—smiling magnificently as they chatted boisterously.
Glen wondered what sort of things people like him talked about as he chuckled and ran his fingers through his hair.
Two seniors who sat behind Charlotte and Glen were denigrating Henry and they could hear it.
"What a rude brat, being so full of himself on his first day." One of the guy said, glaring at Henry's direction. "I really hate his face."
"I know right, he couldn't even greet me this morning when we ran into each other." Another with bald hair and an oogly glass continued.
Glen and Charlotte did not mean to over hear them and pretended like their ears weren't there.
Charlotte lowered her head sneakily peeking behind her. "Wow…already having haters on his first day of school."

After school, Glen and Charlotte exited the school building when they overheard some girls chitchatting, she listened closely to hear them.
"Did you hear about the welcome party sponsored by that handsome fresher?" One of the girls said, excited tingling in her tone.
"Yes! A lot of people are excited to go." Another chimed in.
"Let's hurry so we can sit close to Him."
The chatted chummily as they hurried to the location.
Charlotte suddenly pulled Glen to follow the crowd but he resisted. "What's wrong?" He enquired.
She cocked her brows. "Didn't you hear those girls just now?"
"I did." He replied awkwardly.
She flickered her eyes stressed. "Henry is going to be there."
"Yes I know. You can go without me, you know I hate crowded places." He said scratching his temples awkwardly.
"I know! I'll be bored without you!" She continually insinuated and Glen could not decline any further.

They ended up going to the restaurant for the party, but sat at a different table from the other students with just two of them like they were not part of the party.
"Glen…let's go over to them." She asked with a bored look on her face.
"I'm fine here, you can join them." Glen continued to sip his drink, but Charlotte persisted. "Come oooon" She drew her words sulking.
"Charlotte, please…" He said with a worry expression.
She stood up swiftly. "Alright then." And eagerly wandered to the other students to introduce herself.
Glen just sat there awkwardly watching as she blended in with the crowds. He suddenly heard an unfamiliar voice interrupting his quietness.
"Hey!, why are you sitting on your own?"
Glen looked up and it was the student that bumped into him earlier on his way to his major, his hair was bleached red with a sharp jawline, dark brown eyes—he had piercings on his lips and on the edge of his brows. He was so loud and full of charisma and appeared to be quite tipsy.
"I'm fine…"
"No ways!." He cut Glen off his sentence. "Come let me introduce you to the other freshmen and seniors!"
He pulled Glen by his forearm to the other group of students, griping his shoulder whilst Glen stood there nervously fidling his finger and kept glancing at Charlotte as she grinned at him mischievously.
"Let's introduce this fella here while we await Henry!"
"Wooooo!!" The crowd cheered.
"My name is victor, what is your name and your major?" The tipsy guy asked.
"G-Glen, from art department. L-let's all get along!" Glen stammered nervously.
"I'm Chloe!, a fresher in fine arts!" One of the female student chimed in, she was quite very average in height with a black bob hair.
"I'm Gary, majoring in film." Another guy responded.
"I'm Sarah your senior from health department, let's get along."
There were numerous introductions that followed after wards. The chatters and noises continued.
A male senior quietly stood up approaching Glen's direction, he looked decently handsome and relaxed, his hair was black and curly, his eyes were light brown he had a soft smile beaming through his exquisite face and he wore a knitted sweater.
He crossed his hand over Glen's shoulder pulling him slightly closer. "Welcome to the art department Glen, I'm Williams, and your senior, let's get along." He said in a languid voice.
"S-Sure!"
Glen frantically glanced at Williams to look at his face properly. The senior chuckled slightly as Glen was acting all sneaky. "Glen has beautiful eyes."
"Huh?" Glen replied confused, soon after, the other students came leaning closer to get a clear view of his eyes.
"Wow…it's true.."
"Oh my Gosh, his lashes are long."
"It's like emerald."
Glen grew uncomfortable from the intense compliments, his palm became sweatier than it was from embarrassment, sweat beads falling from his temple.
Williams noticed that he had unintentionally put Glen in an uncomfortable position by drawing too much attention to him, he observed as more female flocked to get a glimpse. He moved, covering Glen's face with his hand, pulling him more closer. "That's enough now." He said firmly. "you're making Glen uncomfortable."
The other students desisted their approach as they heed William's command, their demeanor sullen.
"Sorry I made you uncomfortable." Williams whispered softly to Glen.
A sudden low and deep voice from behind them interrupting their interaction. "Who has beautiful eyes?"
"It's Glen!!" The fresher, Chloe yelled abruptly.
Glen looked behind him; it was Henry. The crowd began to cheer and became more lively at his presence.
"Sorry I'm late Guys" Henry apologized nonchalantly.
Indinstinct voices from every angle welcomed their celebrity. Henry did not need to introduce himself, he was already well known on his first day of college and was the sponsor of the welcoming party.
He suddenly leaned toward Glen to have a better look at his eyes since everyone was talking about it.
Glen jerked back, unconsciously locking eyes with Henry.
He was so freaking tall and that was the first time Glen ever got to see him upclose and in person.
His dark brown eyes, his thick brows and pale skin, his stern expression, his immaculately styled hair, his strong cozy perfume were all over Glen's face scrutinizing his appearance.
Glen couldn't stop his heart from thumping loudly. His face burned. His heart thumped.
Henry thoughtfully stroked his chin. "It's true, it is attractive." He stood upright and Glen's gaze remained on him as he approached some group of students he knew. He sat down and crossed his leg with elegance.
My stupid heart!!
Glen couldn't avert his eyes from the man he had liked for years, the fragments of his perfume still lingered where stood.
William suddenly tapped his shoulder startling him out of his dazness. "Glen, let's sit down."
"O-Okay.."
The party proceeded with boisterous chattering.
Glen couldn't stop himself from glancing at Henry. He chugged down alcohol frustratingly to get him out of his thoughts.
Henry suddenly stood up and excused himself out of the party. A female senior soon followed after.
Why did they suddenly excuse themselves out, would it be another scene like last time?
Glen thought, his curiosity wandered far and excused himself out. He sneaked out to take a peek at what Henry was up to when his eyes locked in at Henry and the female senior kissing affectionately outside the restaurant shed under the darkened sky.
He really is at it again, isn't he scared of a scandal? He's the son a well known man…whatever this shouldn't be any of my concern…
His heart felt heavy—his expression gloomed, unable watch further, he had to go back to the ongoing party.
Soon it was late, everyone began to exit the restaurant.
Charlotte was quite tipsy and Glen had to support her inside a cab to get home. He watched in a daze as the cab zoomed off.
William's languid voice interrupted from behind him.
"Glen."
He slowly turned to his direction. "Senior, Williams…"
"Where are you headed?" Williams enquired.
Nervously, Glen replied. "It's late…so I guess I will just call it a day today."
"Let me have your phone." Williams asked leaning towards to him.
Confused, Glen stammered. "W-why would you-"
"Let's share contacts."
Williams cut Glen in his sentence stretching his palm to him in a demanding gesture.
Glen hesitantly handed him the phone.
Williams typed his number in Glen's phone and dailed his contact.
"Here, I saved my contact information. I'll save yours too." He returned Glen's phone to him with a smile on his face. "I'll also add you to our group chats too."
"O-okay."
"See you around."
Williams waved at Glen and strode off to the distance whilst He just stood and watch his back.
He's really nice…

Glen got to his apartment and fell on his bed like a log of wood, the memory of Henry kissing Sarah lingered in his memory promoting his hand to slowly move down to his trouser. He slid his hands inside, his breathing increased as he touched himself. Phil's face suddenly flashed in his thoughts pulling him out of the moment.
Why did I remember that bastard's face?…I guess I must be really drunk right now…
He sighed frustratingly and gazed at his ceiling.
