After three months of probing, the demons formally launched their invasion of the Kingdom of Manitoba and the Aztec Empire at the end of August.
In September of the same year, under the mediation of the Church of Truth, the Heavenly Revelation God System and the True God System ceased their conflict, forming a multi-faction alliance to resist the Ancient Gods.
In mid-October, the first allied army corps arrived in the Aztec Empire and joined forces with Edward, Luca, and Luojin of the Church's Army to confront Freya's demonic beast army in the northern city of Chihuahua.
By November, the allied forces could no longer withstand the relentless day-and-night assaults from the demonic beast army. They abandoned Chihuahua and retreated to Hidalgo, where they were ambushed halfway, suffering heavy losses.
In December, the alliance reinforced its troops once again, with Saiyakula personally arriving on the battlefield.
