[3rd POV]
The rest of the planning had been done throughout the next 3 hours. Three hours of talking with Fury and the Avengers, and explaining what she would need in order to properly prepare to fight back against Galactus. She had also talked with them over who was going to be involved, and where to find Blue Marvel, as he would be an important hero to have on their side.
Finding him was thankfully not going to be difficult, so she wasn't worried about that part. And the man would answer the call once he learned that the world was at threat of mass destruction. He was a good man, so he'd be easier to recruit than the Sentry.
Besides that, they had also talked about how they were going to do this without the Council or other higher ups finding out. As once they did find out, they would cause a lot of annoying issues that would get in their way of stopping Galactus. Especially should they find out that they had weapons of mass destruction that made nukes look like a simple bullet in comparison.
Gwen had also been looking into other people that could potentially help, and even weapons that could potentially help. And with that, she had come unto the Fantastic Four, who had only recently been "born". They were still young and learning, but they definitely had some incredible potential.
But it wasn't them that she was interested in, it was something that they would eventually come into contact with that she was interested in.
The Ultimate Nullifier
It was far and away one of the MOST powerful weapons in the entire multiverse. Capable of obliterating entire universes, and in the right hands, the entire multiverse. A weapon that was currently in the hands of Galactus himself, in his solar system sized ship.
The weapon wasn't something that Gwen wanted so that she could use it against him, no. It was something she wanted so that she could utilize it against certain future threats that might be too much for her to deal with.
Sadly she'd need to wait on that particular weapon, as she knew it was a bit above her, at least for now. So instead, she was interested in getting the Fantastic 4 to work with them, as she knew that Sue's barriers were incredibly powerful, to the point that at their peak, they could block the blows of literal Celestials. While Johnny could become hotter than the sun, a literal walking supernova.
The Thing was...not really all that important for this battle. But Reed would be incredibly useful, as she knew just how intelligent that man was.
But again, getting into contact with them would be a whole different story. As they were currently hunkered down learning more about their powers, so that...might have to wait until after Galactus or even during it, sadly enough.
Instead, Gwen had decided to finally do something she had been waiting for for a while now.
Getting into contact with the Sorcerer Supreme, the Ancient One. Who in this universe, was a woman, unlike her comic counterpart who was an aged old man. She had been looking for Gwen for a while now, but had yet to find her, courtesy of Gwen cloaking herself from the decently powerful woman.
Gwen had more knowledge than Doctor Strange ever did, and with that came more forms of cloaking than anything she could imagine.
She wanted to meet with the Ancient One for a few reasons, but the main one was...dimensions.
She knew that there were practically infinite amounts of dimensions out there. Many of them did not have a ruler or lord who controlled them. And with that fact, came the idea of...taking them. She wondered what would happen if she just started taking over dimensions, conquering them and taking the power that came with being the lord of a dimension, for herself.
A dimension ruler tended to be quite strong, and could call upon the power of the dimensions that they ruled over. The bigger the dimension, the more people using the power of the dimension, and the stronger the inhabitants, the more powerful the ruler would become. It was this reason that Dormammu was so immensely powerful within his dimension.
She also wanted this so she could have a true safe space to train in, hold certain...objects, and to do some of her more...volatile experiments.
There were a few dimensions on her mind in regards to which ones she could realistically take over at her current level. The Negative Zone, which was technically a different dimension, just not by normal standards. It would likely be the perfect place to take over, as Annihilus and Blasaar weren't that strong, at least in comparison to her.
Then there were the Darkforce Dimension, The Lightforce Dimension (not the one that is connected to the Garden of Time), The Brimstone Dimension, The "Punch" Dimension, The Dimension of Farallah, The Dimension of Krakkan, The Dungeon Dimension, and quite a few others.
Only problem?
Quite a few of them were in close relations to the "Splinter Realms" which was basically a bunch of realms that had splintered off of the original Dark Dimension, the "Archipelago of Anguish and Redemption" in this splinter realms, was dimensions like the Knightmare dimension, and the largest (?) of them, the new dark dimension which was lorded over by Dormammu.
Now Dormammu was someone that Gwen knew she could theoretically beat, but not within his dimension. Within your own dimension, the dimension ruler was nigh-omnipotent to a high degree, meaning she wouldn't be able to do jack shit against Dormammu.
No, if she ever needed to fight him, she'd need to get him to leave his dimension, and then weaken him over a long period of time, extending the fight as long as possible so that she can do so. The best way of doing that?
Divide
She found that the ability she had inherited from Albion did NOT work on entities like Galactus and higher beings...not yet. But it did seem to work on those of more...mythical nature, like Dormammu, who was magic given form, well...sort of.
He was a complicated one really.
Then there was Mephisto who was just as annoying, if not even more so. And he was also harder to kill, but drastically more important for her to get rid of. As Mephisto was a huge threat to her, mainly because of how manipulative and calculating he is. It was because of that, that she considered him a bigger threat to her than Dormammu ever would be.
At the moment Gwen was standing outside of the New York Sanctum, as she lifted her fist and knocked on the door. Moments later it was opened, as a bald man opened it, looking at her with a raised eyebrow.
"Can I help you?" The man asked, as Gwen looked at him with a small smile, sensing the power that he had. It wasn't anything impressive, but she could sense the dimensional energy on him, from calling upon the power of other dimensions.
"Yes, I'm here to meet with the Ancient One. As I do believe she has been searching for me for quite some time now" Gwen replied, knowing that the Ancient One was almost certainly watching right now.
Gwen wasn't hiding her impossible nature from the sight of the Ancient One at the moment, so it was very likely that the woman knew exactly who she was, and was either terrified that she was here, or relieved that she had finally found the one that brought the future "so much chaos" as the woman believed.
Gwen knew it was bullshit, as the future was never set in stone, especially not in this multiverse. Things were always changing, always growing and dying, and NEVER on one path. It was simply impossible for it to be that way.
Hearing these words the man frowned, but before he could tell her to go away, he stopped as if someone spoke to him, which someone was, the Ancient One was speaking to him through his mind.
After a few moments of standing there, the man looked to Gwen, and breathed a sigh, before speaking.
"...The Ancient One...will see you now"
