Their maids were all left in the courtyard and did not follow them inside. Today they were here for a banquet, and had no other items on them except for some jewelry and handkerchiefs.

"Miss Xue, is there something wrong?" Murong Xin asked coldly, looking at her.
"No, nothing's wrong," Xue Yi forced a smile, trying to suppress her unease.
Murong Xin's eyes fell on her belt and she smiled, "Miss Xue, is there anything you haven't taken out yet?"
"No, nothing more, Miss Murong." Xue Yi had no idea how an extra item had appeared in her belt pocket. She had intended to go through the motions to prove her innocence. If she had known something had been planted in her belt pocket...
Xue Yi did not know what the item in her belt was, but she was sure she had been framed!
