Medusa glanced at him, her snakes twitching slightly before settling back into her green hair. She sighed and began eating slowly, her expression unreadable.
Ryu, still uneasy from the earlier conversation, tried to focus on the meal but couldn't shake his curiosity. "Alex, um, I actually have a question about something."
Alex looked up, a piece of meat halfway to his mouth. "What's on your mind?"
"Have you... ever been tired? I mean, since we started this journey, I've never seen you look even slightly worn out."
Alex paused for a moment, then shrugged casually. "Ah, yeah... probably because I'm part of the god race now."
