The Vice Captain, Kurazo, turned around in shock and shouted, "But that's not how you use it!" This tall man's grip on the knife was extremely clumsy; he was clearly an amateur!
Suddenly, the Captain let out a scream, and the Vice Captain turned to see the Captain's wrist twisted at a bizarre angle.
Liam placed his knife against the Vice Captain's neck and smiled at the surrounding, bewildered pirates, "What are you all staring at? Hand over everything on your ship!"
......
All members of the Steel Helmet Pirate Crew, including the Captain, Vice Captain, Chef, and sniper, were lined up with bruised faces, kneeling on the deck.
Anyone who showed any signs of discontent would immediately feel a sharp pain, as if something invisible in the air had punched them in the head.
Whenever someone was punched by B.I.B., they would usually cast resentful glances at Koala.
Koala maintained her usual smile, just standing there.
Robin walked around the pirate ship's cabin but found very few books, so she quickly lost interest and came back out.
"What's wrong?" She walked over to Koala. "Are you disappointed that we're bullying others?"
Koala looked up, her fake smile slowly fading. She tugged at Robin's clothing and gently shook her head, remaining silent.
Bang!
Liam kicked the cabin door open and came out, holding a green Den Den Mushi in one hand. He stuffed the money and food he had scavenged from the ship into its City fortress, while in his other hand, he held a Log Pose.
"Here." Liam casually tossed Little Green to Robin.
"What kind of Pose is that?" Robin placed Little Green, who was expressing dissatisfaction with Liam, into her bag and fed it a piece of candy.
Noticing Koala looking curiously, Robin smiled and took out another piece of candy, waving it in front of Koala before unwrapping it and offering it to her. Koala carefully tasted the candy, savoring the long-forgotten sweetness.
"I found it in the Chef's room," Liam said, looking at the name inscribed on the Log Pose. "It just happens to be our next stop."
He was a bit puzzled as to why there was no Pose for the Sabaody Archipelago.
He hadn't found one on the battleship either.
"Sabaody Archipelago..." The Steel Helmet pirates exchanged glances. "I heard you don't need a Pose there... and there isn't one."
Hmm? Liam looked up at Robin.
"Don't look at me; there's very little information about that in books," Robin shook her head.
Liam then looked at B.I.B.
The black battle armor's eyes glowed white as it made eye contact with its main body… It had already found the corresponding place in the manga. Indeed, as these pirates said, the Sabaody Archipelago was formed on a tangle of tree roots.
Since it was essentially a bunch of tree roots, where would the magnetic force come from? Without magnetic force, there was naturally no need for a Log Pose…
Forget it! He wasn't planning to go to Sabaody Archipelago right now anyway. Liam didn't dwell on it.
The kneeling Steel Helmet pirates looked at Liam with bruised faces, their eyes filled with hope.
"Don't look at me; this lady is my Captain," Liam said without lifting his eyelids. "I was thinking of just taking their heads off with one kick to save time. What do you think, Captain?"
"Ugh—" The Steel Helmet Captain was about to argue when he was suddenly punched in the face, causing stars to dance before his eyes.
"One kick? How do you take off a head?" The Vice Captain, Kurazo, was equally confused and received a punch as well.
Soon, he understood what was happening.
The female pirate Captain suddenly unfolded a pair of enormous wings and flew out of the pirate ship with the cloud-like little girl. Meanwhile, the man who claimed not to be the Captain leaped high on the deck, kicking out a slender arc of light… like a silver blade.
The Vice Captain then realized that you could indeed deliver slashing attacks with your feet. It turned out that knives were not meant to be used the way he had been using them.
Bang!
Liam cleaved the Steel Helmet pirate ship in two with a kick, causing it to slowly sink into the sea.
"Good luck to you all."
Liam jumped back onto his own small ship.
This Steel Helmet pirate crew only had a bounty on their Captain, and it was just over 10 Million Belly, which was less than what they had scavenged from their ship!
In fact, this was the norm. The bounty issued by the Marines, compared to the wealth that the bounty pirates could plunder, was insignificant, right?
Yonko Big Mom's bounty was 4.3 Billion Belly; did that mean she was only worth that much? Big Mom controlled an entire archipelago nation, Totto Land! She was a true sea Emperor!
Just moving one small dessert island from Totto Land would likely yield wealth in the hundreds of millions, not to mention the islands under her pirate flag and the fortune she had accumulated over decades of sailing the seas. For those strong enough to take down a Yonko and swallow everything from Big Mom's crew, a mere 4.3 billion Belly was just a drop in the bucket.
"In this extraordinary world, power belongs to oneself. The difference between the strong and the ordinary, no, the only similarity between the strong and the ordinary is their appearance. Damn it, in this place, even appearances can be vastly different! The only thing they have in common is that they all need to eat, drink, and take care of their bodily functions, damn it! In this godforsaken place, the strong might not even need to eat or drink!"
After returning to the ship, Liam looked at the pirate ship slowly sinking into the sea. Trying to eliminate the inequalities of the weak being preyed upon by the strong in such an extraordinary world was indeed a daunting task!
"Moreover, in this ocean world, travel between islands is inconvenient..." Liam muttered, soon hearing Robin ask him what the Log Pose he had obtained was.
"Here." Liam tossed the Eternal Pose he had found to Robin.
Robin flipped it over and saw a line of text on the wooden frame: Momoiro Island. Next to it were several heart shapes that looked like a series of bubbles...
Liam said to Koala, "I didn't find the Pose for your home; you'll have to wait a bit longer."
Koala shook her head.
"You can fly now; you could actually go back by yourself," Liam smiled. "At worst, you can search for your home island by island. You will eventually find it."
Koala opened her mouth, looked at Robin, then at Liam. She lowered her head, fiddling with the hem of her clothes, and after a while, she looked up with hopeful eyes and said, "Giorno Nii San, Jolyne Nee San... I don't want this Devil Fruit anymore... Can you take me back, please?"
This was too lacking in security; Liam and Robin exchanged glances.
Robin squatted down, patted Koala's head, and smiled, "He's just joking. Momoiro Island is a beautiful place; let's go see it together, okay?"
"Mm!" Koala nodded vigorously.
Liam snapped his fingers, "Little ones, set off!"
'Where did the little ones come from?' Robin shook her head.
B.I.B. shrugged, drifting into the cabin, quietly steering the ship as they set sail again.
