"What results are you aiming for?" Huo Silan sighed softly and retorted, "Tang Xiu, you've even dragged me into your schemes."
"Isn't this all for your sake?" Tang Xiu pouted and challenged, "You mean to say my brother isn't angry?"
"Your brother is indeed angry." Huo Silan hooked her lips and replied in a low voice, "But, you'd better watch your back; it seems he knows you're behind this."
"What?" Tang Xiu exclaimed in shock, "How... how did he find out?"
"Don't you think the set-up was too coincidental?" Huo Silan smiled and countered, "Even I wasn't fooled. Did you really expect to fool your brother?"
"So it failed," Tang Xiu howled, "Did my brother say anything? Was he very angry when he left?"
"Well, he wasn't too pleased, that's for sure," Huo Silan cautioned.
"It's done for, I think I'd better go hide for a couple of days," said Tang Xiu anxiously, fearing the repercussions from Tang Jin's return.
