At the port of Queen of Spring City, the navy, bounty hunters, and royal city guards—who had been gearing up and fully prepared for battle—were all staring dumbfounded at the massive tornado swirling on the distant sea horizon, a tornado of apocalyptic proportions.
Every single pair of eyes was filled with indescribable shock.
Jonathan's gaze was fixed, disbelief written all over his face, his lips trembling as he muttered under his breath:"That kid… yesterday when he fought me, he wasn't even going all out?"
That towering tornado, stretching between heaven and earth, could be clearly seen even from thousands of meters away in Queen of Spring City, its majestic form unmistakable.
By now, the seawater at the harbor's edge had already started violently heaving, like a giant quilt being shaken, forming layer upon layer of rippling folds.
The entire sea had completely erupted! The navy soldiers' bodies trembled uncontrollably.
This wasn't fear.
It was excitement, pride, a fanatical reverence beyond words!
Among them, the tall and burly Pamir was shaking the most intensely.
His face flushed red, fists clenched tight, and suddenly he opened his mouth and roared, his tongue bursting forth like spring thunder, his voice echoing across the harbor:
"Rear Admiral Rorschach!"
That explosive shout of his was like a lit fuse igniting a stick of dynamite.
In the next instant—
The entire port of Queen of Spring City, whether navy, bounty hunters, or royal city guards, all roared out the same name with all their strength, so overwhelmed with excitement they could hardly contain themselves, shouting the name that gave them boundless confidence and power:
"Rear Admiral Rorschach!"
"Rear Admiral Rorschach!"
In an instant, their cries surged like a tidal wave, shaking heaven and earth.
For a moment, morale soared sky-high.
Three thousand meters out at sea!
"Faster! Faster! Charge into the harbor! As long as we make it onto the port of Queen of Spring City, that monster won't dare use that kind of power anymore—we'll still have a chance to beat him!"
On a ship cutting through the waves, Daz Bones, his expression dark and grim, shouted hoarsely, his voice already cracking.
He was beginning to regret not heeding that woman's warning, stubbornly leading a thousand Baroque Works members into this bounty hunter guild mess.
Though they had the boss's approval…
Now, in Daz Bones's heart, only one thought remained: to take the few surviving members and escape alive, back to Alabasta!
On the sea beside him, a ship—no, half a pirate ship—was also speeding toward the harbor.
That half-pirate ship looked bizarre; only the lower half of the ship, barely breaking above the water's surface, was visible to the surrounding pirates.
The upper half was invisible, yet an intangible gust of wind hinted at its presence above the ship.
On the transparent deck, Absalom clung desperately to the railing, his face pale, activating his Clear-Clear Fruit ability to render the upper half of the pirate ship invisible, hoping to avoid the gaze of that terrifying navy star.
"It's over… it's really over this time… I didn't expect that navy guy to be this terrifying! That damn Gecko… he didn't tell us a thing about that navy guy… damn bastard! Is he trying to get us all killed?"
Absalom felt like he was going crazy.
Half of his immortal zombie army had been wiped out in the earlier whirlpool pull; only three ships were still following alongside him.
He didn't even know how he'd explain this to Lord Moria when he got back.
Absalom decided—if Gecko and Chinjao couldn't beat that navy guy, he'd just fall to his knees and surrender.
That way, the navy wouldn't be allowed to lay a hand on him.
Because he was under the command of Shichibukai Gecko Moria.
Just as this thought crossed his mind, suddenly, in his ears came the sound of whistling air—swish, swish, swish!
Then he saw arcs of wind blades pouring down from the sky like a torrential rain onto the sea.
Thousands of feet above, that giant sacred Kirin beast—which in the eyes of these pirates had long become a symbol of destruction and dread—was galloping forward through the air, its pillar-like hooves stepping across the void as it chased after them.
With every step the Kirin took in the air, arcs of wind blades shot down from its massive body, swish swish swish, raining down on the remaining seventy or eighty pirate ships.
Crack!
Crack!
The sounds of masts snapping, decks splitting, and planks being cleaved rang constantly in their ears, the sounds of death themselves. Daz Bones, Absalom, and the others were scared out of their wits, their souls practically leaving their bodies as they frantically urged their crews to speed up.
"We have to stop him! Otherwise, by the time we reach the port, there'll probably be just the two of us left!"
Gecko looked up at the sky, his face dark and grim.
Behind them, on the sea, that towering tornado didn't pursue them. It remained spinning in place, stirring the entire ocean, making every pirate who witnessed this scene lose the will to fight.
"Everyone, attack together!"
Chinjao roared furiously. In an instant, his bald head was coated with jet-black Armament Haki. He stomped down hard, causing the speeding ship beneath him to abruptly halt for a moment.
Then, Chinjao's massive five-meter-tall body shot up into the sky like a cannonball, charging straight toward the Kirin beast soaring overhead.
On the other side, Gecko picked up a massive seven-to-eight-meter-long heavy nodachi from the deck. Gripping it with his thick, stone pillar–like arms, he raised the blade high toward the Kirin in the sky and swung down with a furious slash.
"Great Country!"
Boom!
As his heavy nodachi descended, a magnificent, dazzling blade of light burst forth from its edge, like a rising sun slicing open the sea before him, cutting through the waves and rushing skyward, cleaving toward the Kirin that was unleashing wind blades!
At the same time, Chinjao, who had leapt hundreds of meters into the air, also let out an angry shout. His Haki-coated black iron head smashed down toward the Kirin's abdomen like a falling meteor.
"Hasshoken! Head Drill!"
In the sky, the massive Kirin suddenly paused. It opened its huge fanged mouth and unleashed a thick lightning pillar straight at the incoming giant blade of light.
A towering thunder pillar, like an ancient divine tree, roared down from the heavens, blasting the terrifying slash apart before it could land.
Then, the Kirin's giant form swiftly shrank, transforming into a seven-meter-tall beastman shape.
Seeing Chinjao's head barreling toward him, Rorschach clenched the fingers of his right hand. Even the air groaned under the pressure with a deafening crack.
Deep blue Haki coated his thick giant arm, arcs of crackling electricity leaping across the blue-scaled armor. He punched forward, tearing through the atmosphere, aiming straight for Chinjao's black iron head.
"Fistbone! Meteor!"
Boom!
The black iron head and deep blue giant fist collided in the sky hundreds of meters above, erupting with an earth-shaking explosion.
A chaotic burst of shockwaves exploded outward from the point of impact, rolling into roaring air currents that swept in all directions.
Chinjao's eyes bulged, blood vessels popping. He felt an overwhelming, mountain-crushing force pressing down from above, slamming his body straight down like a falling meteor, crashing directly into the sea below.
"That navy brat!"
Gecko's expression shifted. Without hesitation, his massive body sprang forward, kicking the adjacent large ship with a powerful stomp. The ship's hull cracked and splintered, launching it from the water and skimming sideways along the sea surface.
Boom!
Wood splinters flew as the ship shattered. Chinjao's massive falling body slammed into the side of the ship like a meteor, smashing through the sturdy hull and the cannons mounted along it, flattening everything in his path.
Before Gecko could jump back onto his own ship, a flash of blinding lightning descended from above. A black battle halberd, crackling with raging thunderbolts, was gripped by a scaled, clawed hand and swung down, cleaving toward Gecko's thick neck.
"I've been waiting for you, you arrogant navy brat!"
Gecko wasn't flustered at all; it was as if he had already anticipated this.
The giant nodachi in his hands stirred up a gust of wind as it swung up, its blade coated in jet-black Armament Haki, cleaving the air as it intercepted the incoming halberd.
Clang!
A sharp, ear-piercing clash of steel tore through the atmosphere, exploding in the moment the two massive weapons collided.
On Gecko's twelve-meter-tall giant body, his bulging muscles rose like small hills.
He grinned, showing a mouthful of white teeth, about to speak—
—but then saw Rorschach grin back at him. In the next instant, black halberd brimming with electricity, arcs of lightning as thick as dragons erupted from it, surging toward Gecko's face with a deafening roar.
At such close range.
And with lightning speed at its absolute peak!
Caught off guard, Gecko's massive body was struck head-on by the thick lightning bolts. His muscles visibly charred black under the electric surge, and a muffled groan of pain escaped his lips.
The intense electrical current made Gecko's hand gripping the nodachi tremble violently. He could no longer hold the weapon steady. The black battle halberd smashed down, pressing his nodachi against his own chest, rebounding fiercely into him.
Rorschach bared his four fangs in a grin. His right hand tightened around the Heavenly Dragon Halberd and swung it down with brutal force.
The raging thunder roared and exploded across the sea.
"100 Million Volts Deep Blue Armament! Furious Thunder Slash!"
