Outside, Flora and Noelle had a hard time fending off thousands of aliens by themselves.
Even though they were accompanied by other familiars, the number was simply too much. It wasn't something they could defend with unless they were moving around.
Still, Flora split up their forces into four.
Flora, with her elemental spirits, took care of the entrance facing the north.
Noelle had to protect her, so she remained not too far away. She took the east position and positioned herself in the nearest spot to Flora. This way, she could go to Flora right away in case there was a danger.
In addition, the east was the easiest part to defend, considering they came from the mountain range on the west, which was where most aliens attacked.
Hence, she placed the strongest beings to take the full brunt of the attack. Nathan's familiars, Selena's familiars, and Sera's familiars.
