Buggy's subordinate cheered eagerly, ready to carry out his captain's orders. The plan was set in motion.

Buggy's excitement turned to confusion as he watched the mysterious ball absorb the cannonball effortlessly.

Buggy then looked at the crimson-haired noble again with his telescope. And then he saw him smirk.
Buggy was now sure that he really saw him from that far away.
"Don't tell me he has observation haki. Someone like him shouldn't be here!"
Buggy muttered to himself, getting wary of the crimson-haired noble. If he was also someone who came from the grandline, then this job was going to be much more difficult than Buggy had expected.
