This statement is indeed correct. With two World Bosses and countless little monsters, it's simply unmanageable. Only by sending an army, cooperating with the Four True People and players, can we have a chance. The army's role is naturally to serve as cannon fodder. In case of defeat, they can cover the retreat.
However, flying in dozens or hundreds of people might be possible. Bringing in thousands upon thousands of troops is clearly unrealistic.
If we directly charge into the formation, it would be falling into the enemy's trap. The purpose of this big array is to trap and kill the army, with the enemy conserving strength and responding with the formation. Even an army of two hundred thousand might find it difficult to gain any advantage.
