Chapter 448 - Chapter 448: Hancock vs. Gekko Moria

In the Grand Line, there exists a terrifying area known as the Three Horrors, shrouded in mist. This desolate and eerie sea is notorious for frightening occurrences, such as the appearance of zombies and ghosts singing, causing many to avoid this region altogether.

However, today, a ship pulled by several Sea Kings boldly entered this misty domain.

"What a creepy and disgusting place! I absolutely detest it! I will turn these creatures into stone and sink them into the sea!"

Hancock, the proud captain of the Kuja Pirates, looked disdainfully at everything before her.

Having lived among the Infinite Pirates for many years and being from Amazon Lily, Hancock naturally took on the role of captain of the Kuja Pirates. With her beauty, formidable strength, and the powers of the Mero Mero no Mi, she became the world-renowned Pirate Empress, often referred to as the most beautiful pirate in the world, with countless men willing to submit to her.

"Sister, Lord Li Yuan has ordered that these Shichibukai cannot assist the Navy and the World Government, but it seems he never said anything about killing them. If we kill him, won't that be a bit inappropriate?"

Boa Sandasonia said with some confusion.

"Hmph, that is Lord Li Yuan's mercy, not wanting to speak so cruelly. These Shichibukai are trash who previously sided with the World Government. If they were to join the Infinite Pirates now, they might betray Lord Li Yuan. To prevent such an accident, I will eliminate all potential threats for Lord Li Yuan!"

Hancock's words were cold, but when she mentioned Li Yuan, her expression softened, her cheeks flushed as she cupped her face, lost in thought.

Seeing their sister like this, the two younger sisters wanted to persuade her not to have such thoughts. After all, their grandmother Shakky is Lord Li Yuan's wife, and their sister's behavior seemed a bit unethical.

By their lineage, they were indeed of Shakky's generation, albeit without blood relation.

The thought of their sister competing with Shakky for a man made them blush.

But considering their sister's stubborn personality, the two sisters quickly abandoned the idea of persuasion.

"I wonder if Grandma Shakky knows about Sister's feelings!"

Boa Sandasonia and her sister could only pray that Shakky was unaware of the situation.

What they didn't realize was that Shakky already knew and had spoken to Hancock about it, but it was to no avail! Ultimately, seeing that Li Yuan had no particular thoughts on the matter, Shakky decided to let it be!

"Captain, Captain! A ship has intruded into our territory! According to our observations, it is the Kuja Pirates' ship, and the one aboard is the renowned Pirate Empress Hancock!"

A subordinate rushed into the cabin of the Three Horrors to inform Gekko Moria.

"Hehehe, what Pirate Empress? Since she dares to intrude into my territory, she will learn the power of Gekko Moria! Just in time, I need some shadows, so I'll take hers to fill my shadow collection."

Gekko Moria laughed heartily and then led his subordinates out of the cabin.

The fact that Hancock was backed by the Infinite Pirates had not spread widely; only a few well-informed factions knew. Gekko Moria, lacking an information network and friends, had no idea that Hancock was supported by the Infinite Pirates. Otherwise, he wouldn't have been so arrogant in the face of Hancock.

"Sister, we've arrived! Ahead is the Three Horrors, Gekko Moria's territory. I've heard he can control zombies; he's very evil!"

Boa Sandasonia pointed ahead.

"Hmph, bring the ship closer! I will eliminate these disgusting creatures and report back to Lord Li Yuan!"

Hancock raised her chin proudly.

"Kill everyone on that ship!!"

Upon seeing Hancock's ship approach, Gekko Moria commanded, and his massive zombie army charged forward.

"Filthy and ugly creatures, you shall all turn to stone beneath my beauty!!"

Hancock stood at the bow of the ship, looking down at the horde of zombies below. She kissed her two fingers lightly, conjuring a massive heart that appeared before her.

"Infinite Captive Arrows!!"

As Hancock released her grip on the heart, a barrage of captive arrows shot out like a machine gun.

Under Hancock's control, every single captive arrow hit its target without fail!

In just a few seconds, the zombies that had charged forward were struck by the captive arrows, turning to stone and then being trampled and shattered by the zombies that followed.

"Damn it! How dare you turn my beloved zombies to stone!"

Losing hundreds of zombies in mere seconds pained Gekko Moria deeply.

"Shadow Gun!"

Gekko Moria personally took action, manipulating the power of shadows to launch a surprise attack on Hancock from behind.

But Hancock was already aware; with her flawless, long legs, she swiftly charged toward Gekko Moria, evading his ambush.

"Fragrant Kick!"

In an instant, Hancock's speed reached its peak, and in the blink of an eye, she was right in front of Gekko Moria, delivering a fierce kick! "Not good!!"

Gekko Moria never expected Hancock to be this fast and instinctively raised his left hand to block.

"Crack!!!"

To Gekko Moria's horror, his hand was turned to stone by her kick, shattering his entire arm!

"Shadow Sorcerer!"

Terrified, Gekko Moria quickly used his ability to swap places with a shadow behind him, creating distance from Hancock.

"Shadow Gathering Ground!!"

Having witnessed Hancock's terror, Gekko Moria dared not hesitate and immediately unleashed his ultimate move. Countless shadows surged into his body, rapidly enhancing his strength.

"Disgusting creature, you can't escape!"

"Razor!!"

Hancock's legs powered up again, creating a massive dent in the ship's deck as she exploded forward with even greater speed, reaching Gekko Moria's true form in an instant.

"Chain Fragrant Kick!!"

Hancock leaped into the air, directly in front of Gekko Moria's head, twisting her waist and spinning her body, delivering a series of kicks to his head.

Gekko Moria, who was busy gathering shadows to strengthen himself, used one hand to block Hancock's kicks, but his other hand was shattered, and the incomplete head was also kicked to pieces, leaving only a headless corpse!

"Bang!!!"

With Gekko Moria's death, all the shadows he controlled scattered in all directions, and his enlarging body quickly shrank, collapsing to the ground.

"Hmph, trash Shichibukai, weaklings who don't even dare to enter the New World, how dare they oppose the World Government and Lord Li Yuan!"

Hancock snorted coldly, not even glancing at Gekko Moria's corpse as she turned to leave.

Such a fool who couldn't even master Armament Haki; if it weren't for Lord Li Yuan's orders, she wouldn't have bothered dealing with such an idiot.

"Sister, you're amazing! If Lord Li Yuan sees how easily you defeated a Shichibukai, he will definitely look at you differently!"

Boa Sandasonia exclaimed, seeing her sister effortlessly defeat Gekko Moria.

"Not really, it's all thanks to Lord Li Yuan; it has nothing to do with me. Do you think Lord Li Yuan will really look at me differently?"

Flattered by her sister's praise, Hancock, who had just been the proud Empress, suddenly turned into a shy girl, a transformation that even her sister, used to her demeanor, found surprising.

With Gekko Moria's death, the remaining pirates did not escape the Kuja Pirates' slaughter.

However, the Kuja Pirates only simply cleaned up Gekko Moria's main members, ignoring those who were hiding deeper. After all, they were a group of women who truly disliked such environments, and once things seemed settled, they set sail away from there.

"Yohhohoho! My shadow has finally returned; this is wonderful!"

"To see such beautiful women as soon as my shadow returns is simply blissful!"

"What a pity, this beautiful woman is truly terrifying; she can turn people to stone. Even zombies can't escape; my skeleton body probably can't avoid it either. I better not go out!"

A skeleton named Brook excitedly observed Hancock and her crew leaving with a telescope he had acquired from somewhere.

If it had been another group, he might have tried to hitch a ride out of there.

But seeing Hancock's disgusted expression and the ship full of women, Brook, despite his eagerness to board, was rational enough to refrain from any reckless actions.
