Lin Xiaoguai hadn't expected that one day she would be able to recall Wang Zhaodi with such equanimity that a strong sense of sudden realization rose in her heart.
Regaining her composure, she took out her phone and dialed Shen Xiu's number.

"Them?" Shen Xiu's voice carried a chill, "How could I not know? They caused a commotion at our hospital the day before yesterday, clamoring for my father's contact information. If it hadn't been for our head nurse's quick decision to call security, I might have lost my job because of them. Even so, the head nurse lectured me for an hour."
"It was only after I called the family that I found out Shen Xiaobao had accidentally killed someone, they said he might be facing prison time. Right now, the whole family is scrambling to get him out."
