Laughter echoed across the imposing walls of the Imperial Palace.
"Your Majesty?" Ankar, always attentive and diligent, was confused when he saw the documents he was holding fly away due to Orion's sudden movement.
He looked up, perplexed, and saw his king leaning over his throne, covering his face with his hands as he laughed like a mischievous child.
"So... he messed up! Hahaha!" Orion said between laughs, trying to catch his breath.
Ankar, even more lost, tried to say something, but was interrupted by the king.
"Who would have thought that the majestic Orion would find himself in such an... awkward situation with his wife?"
Finally noticing Ankar's expression of pure confusion, Orion sighed, trying to compose himself. "Sorry... it was just... a joke. Anyway, continue."
Ankar straightened, but he was still visibly disconcerted. "Y-yes, Your Majesty. As I said, visitors must be accommodated at the Imperial Academy…"
