Its effect was as straightforward as its name: even without any raw materials for card-making, Spiritual Ability Prayer Masters could handcraft Prayer Cards by consuming a certain amount of Spiritual Energy.
The cards produced this way had the same effects as the "genuine cards", the downside being they couldn't be stored for a long time and couldn't be used by others.
Despite its many limitations, this skill could still be considered the core ability for card-casting Spiritual Ability Prayer Masters. The primary battle tactic for these Prayer Masters was to play cards—able to execute various god-tier maneuvers with a full hand, but their power would plummet once they ran out of cards. With this skill, that anxiety would significantly decrease.
