A series of hurried breaths came from the distant bushes, thick and forceful as a wild ox; soon after, the bushes shook violently.
Bang!
A strong and robust body burst through the thorn bushes, knocking down the huge tree standing in front, and finally, a dark-skinned and muscular man slowly emerged from the thicket.
Although the man was not tall, his build was incredibly sturdy, a perfect example of a stocky figure, with a waist as thick as a bucket, arms like clubs, and fists like sand pots. Ordinary people would be covered with painful pricks by merely touching the thorns that he regarded as nothing.
He easily brushed them aside; the ironically poisonous spikes left no mark on his skin. He was dressed in a black vest covering his chest and stomach, but the exposed arms were intimidating enough to send shivers down one's spine.
