'So I had a bit of a spill today,' Connor chuckled as he looked into the camera. 'Since I'm practically fifty in the rugby world I'm prone to accidents. However my good best friend was there to help me.' He temporarily looked away from the camera and his smile made me smile for some reason.
'Want to say hi best friend?'
I heard someone busy rustling in the background then nearly choked on air when Demyan's face popped up on the screen. He did a wave and beamed. 'Hi best friend!'
They both laughed. 'My good lad here was here to help me when I slipped really gave me a good push to get back up. Isn't that right mate?'
'Always here to help sweetheart,' Demyan teased and I could hear Malias giggle in the background.
Connor flipped the camera to show Malia putting more stickers on his cast. 'I have Malia the nurse taking care of me.'
'Don't show me when I'm wearing my Hello Kitty pyjamas. What will people say?' She playfully rolled her eyes.
