Walter tilted his head in confusion, "Isn't that the Apostate Queen?" he looked towards her, his eyes scanning every detail.
It was her, no doubt.
What a magnificent present he had gotten.
'I will be able to bring the Apostate Queen herself to the Bishop.' He grinned, his gaze fully focused on Aurelia.
Anna was of no importance anymore.
His sword dissolved before being replaced by a massive warhammer.
Aurelia was a weakling, barely capable of being a Paladin.
She was always a disappointment to Chrunus.
Walter did not care why she looked so pissed, or why she had dared threaten someone obviously more powerful than herself.
"I am Walter, the elite Paladin serving Chrunus under The Bishop, Surr..." Before he could finish, he found himself being launched through the wall at speeds he never expected to encounter in his life.
"Granny!" Aurelia shouted before approaching unconscious Anna, a pool of blood slowly gathered underneath her.
"No, no..." She bit her lip.
She had to save her, no matter what.
'My darling gave me a skill for this, didn't he...' She stood up and took a step back before using [God's Holy Light].
The blinding light erupted around Anna as she was fully restored, even some features of Old Age receding.
Aurelia's eyes widened as she stared at her hands.
'Cedric really didn't spare any expense on my ascension...' She smiled.
Despite her date being ruined, she still fully knew that Cedric liked her.
It kept her grounded and prevented her from becoming something she was not.
She glanced towards Anna, who slept peacefully now, before turning towards where she had launched Walter.
This man was most certainly one responsible for arresting Granny Anna; as such, he was to be given no mercy.
She gripped Zenith before slowly walking towards the wall.
Walter made his way out, his armor cracked and on the verge of crumbling.
"You?! How did you do that!" He shouted, his face wearing an expression of shock.
Walter knew she had gained some power, but not enough to crack his armor with a single hit.
It was impossible.
Aurelia chuckled, "It was all thanks to God and my beloved husband."
"You do realise that I will kill you anyway, get rid of that arrogant smirk before I cave in your skull." Walter materialized another weapon, this time a spear.
"You are underestimating me, Walter."
"I do not think I am." With a roar, he lunged forward, attempting to plunge his spear into Aurelia's heart.
However, Aurelia did not move.
Walter faltered for a moment before retreating, clearly understanding something was wrong.
"What's wrong, Walter. Didn't you wish to cave in my skull~" Aurelia smiled.
He stared at her as if she were stupid, his mouth slightly agape.
'Does she know that I can't kill her without sacrificing her on the altar? Impossible.' The girl was known not to be overly smart; she likely just didn't react to his strike.
He let go of the spear before materializing a warhammer once again.
He charged once again before striking from the side.
The massive hammer made contact with Aurelia's dress and then her body.
However, instead of crushing her in a single hit as he expected, she stood there, unmoving and unbothered.
She brought her hand towards the hammer.

With a mere flick, the weapon was forced out of his arm.
"That's the face I like to see from Paladins of Chrunus~" She teased him.
However, his mind was taken by something else.
Sheer panic.
This was not luck, nobody could survive his strike that easily.
While prideful of his power, he also knew when he was outmatched, so instead of foolishly testing his luck, he made distance.

The orbs crashed into her. After the dust settled, he sighed in relief as Aurelia was nowhere to be seen.
"And now you even dare damage my dress..." His eyes widened as he snapped back, he forcibly materialized a small shortsword before striking back.
However, his wrist was caught by Aurelia.
He attempted to pull away, but he couldn't do anything.
He used his other hand to make a strike with a small dagger that materialized in his hand.
And yet, as it collided with Aurelia's neck, it shattered before quickly dissolving into dark mist.
The dark miasma that surrounded him intensified; he couldn't hold back.
[Mantle of Chaos], the full power of Chrunus flooded him as he dissolved into the same Mist his weapons were made of, allowing him to run.
However, he couldn't keep it for long, he disappeared behind a corner before finally returning to his original form.
Just as he turned back, he saw Aurelia right behind him. "My turn." She smiled before she launched a casual punch.
Walter tried to defend, but his bones and armor shattered as Aurelia's punch made a hole through his torso.
Walter's guttural scream echoed through the catacombs as he coughed up the mass of blood.
"You... how are you... this powerful..." Walter's shaky voice reached her.
"That does not matter to you, but do tell Chrunus that God will judge him soon. Goodbye." Aurelia approached before striking Walter, erasing his head.
Aurelia sighed. That felt way too good.
'Did them ruining my alone time with Cedric really make me that mad...' She rubbed her hands, making sure that no blood remained.
She truly was head over heels.
"Aury..." Anna's voice reached her.
"What happened to you?" Her voice did not contain even a hint of fear, but instead curiosity.
Anna was truly worried when she saw Aury before losing consciousness; however, soon after, she felt herself embraced in the pure light of God.
Not only was she healed, but she also felt her old strength returning.
It was a miracle, a miracle brought by her dear Aurelia.
Soon after she awoke, and what she saw shocked her to the core.
Her dear Aurelia killed Walter like he was a common grunt.
"Granny!" Aurelia shouted before rushing to Anna.
"Aury... I missed you." She embraced the girl.
