Everyone entered the portal. The inside of the portal was like a map, a vast and sprawling forest that stretched out before them. The trees were towering and ancient, their trunks thick and gnarled with age, and their leaves a vibrant green that shimmered in the dappled sunlight. The air was cool and crisp, the scent of pine and earth filling the air, and the ground was soft and damp underfoot, covered in a thick layer of moss and fallen leaves.
The forest was alive with the sounds of nature, the chirping of birds and the rustling of leaves filling the air. The trees were spaced out evenly, their branches intertwining to form a canopy overhead, and the sunlight filtered through the leaves, casting a dappled pattern on the ground below. The forest was vast and sprawling, its edges disappearing into the distance, and the air was thick with the scent of adventure and danger.
