Liens didn't expect to still get paid even though the mission failed.
He remembered killing quite a few people before, and with the portion Jonathan gave him, he probably wouldn't need to go on any more missions this month and could continue 'slacking off' in the dungeon.
It was just that 'compulsory mission' that was a bit troublesome; he hoped it wasn't too dangerous.
Liens pondered silently in his heart.
"I don't need much; two or three of each type of magic scroll will be enough."
After Cliff left, Liens began to claim his 'reward' from Jonathan.
Since Jonathan himself admitted to clinging to his coattails, Liens naturally didn't need to be polite with him.
It was just that contribution points couldn't be transferred to each other, which was why he chose items; otherwise, he would have directly asked for contribution points.
"Two or three of each type? I can't produce that many right now."
"One of each type, I can still barely scrape together for you."
