"Then... is dad alright? Was his injuries severe?"
"Oh no~, no~... he's fine now. And he is still recuperating." She sighed, "It would've been a lot faster if he got over his biasy towards potions..."
Lillian tilted her head—her father was biased against the use of potions?
As the thought lingered inside her mind, the vague memory of it resurfaced. She remembered some parts of it and how it could stunt someone's growth.

Past Lillian kind of blocked it all out as she played on her phone.
She drifted her attention away from the thought and back to her mother.
"I see... So, it will just be you here, then?"
Her mother nodded energetically, "Yes, yes! It has been months since I had been able to spend some alone time with my daughter." She stated, clinging to Lillian's side.
Lillian gave a tired expression but smiled nonetheless, "Okay, then... But why were you with my teacher?"
