Yangyang was not shy either; she took the water cup, took two sips to moisten her throat, then hopped off the couch, and regardless of whether they allowed it or not, she pushed the door open and dashed out.
Downstairs was bustling with noise and excitement. Yangyang ran to the stairs, looked down, and was a bit stunned.
Why were there so many people at home? Could he... still go down?
He knew that he couldn't let others know his name, so he hesitated there, unsure of what to do.
But when he saw Su Wanxin's figure, nothing else seemed important anymore.
His eyes lit up, he quickly ran down, and dashed straight to Su Wanxin, calling out crisply, "Mommy!"
Su Wanxin was slightly taken aback and crouched down to look him in the eye.
"We need to keep a low profile tonight, okay?"
"What does low profile mean?"
"It means we try not to draw attention to ourselves; we'll just hide in the corner."
"Got it!"
