After returning to my office, I finished my work for the day and decided to go after Lykaon. There are 30 minutes until Arthur's release time, so I'll make the most of those 30 minutes.
I practically barge into Lykaon's office, making him look at me without understanding the sudden invasion.
"What are you doing here?" He says as I close the door and throw some papers, which are my excuse.
"Just delivering an extra assignment for tomorrow," I respond to him as I think about what else he might want.
"Okay, you can go now," he says to me without much interest.
"Lykaon, do you want to run away from the humans with me?" I say without any filter. If a human saw me saying this, I would have terrible problems, and it would be even worse if Arthur heard it.
"..."
"That joke isn't funny," he says after a moment of silence.
