The night had grown cold, but Primrose felt like her body was on fire the whole time. Edmund had filled her so many times that she lost count, her mind clouded to the point she couldn't even use her mind-reading ability properly.
Thank goodness Edmund had agreed not to go all out in his beastly way during their honeymoon, or she might've gone completely insane the moment she stepped out of this room.
"That .. that was so intense." Primrose sighed heavily as she lay beside Edmund. Her eyes stared up at the ceiling, which seemed to sway a little. Her body felt weightless, like she was floating in the sky. "Oh no… am I in heaven?"
"No, you're not." Edmund pulled her closer and kissed her lips to give her more strength. "You're still right here with me."
Primrose blinked slowly, trying to focus. As her strength returned, everything around her became clear again. It was like waking from a dream or falling back to earth after drifting too high in the clouds.
