A few minutes later, Easton Holmes drove up to the gate of the compound. Hearing the sound of a car horn outside, Lily Turner picked up her bag and walked out of the house.
Standing at the door for a moment, she slowly walked toward the car parked at the gate.
"Get in the car!"
Easton Holmes extended his hand through the open car window and pointed to the passenger seat, indicating for Lily Turner to get in from that side.
At this time, Easton Holmes had already changed out of his military uniform and was wearing a casual outfit. Lily Turner noticed this as she walked over.
