Sang Ning raised her leg and kicked Zhu Qi, threatening viciously, "Shen Yi might not dare to hit you, but I do!"
Sang Ning simply wanted to warn the two not to go too far. She controlled the force of her kick just enough—it landed on Zhu Qi without causing pain.
Zhu Qi froze for a second but quickly realized Sang Ning had held back. Sitting up, she raised her chin with a look of defiance.
"If you've got the guts, then hit me properly. Stop wasting your breath. The cameras are rolling, you know. If you dare lay a finger on me, I'll call the police!"
"Relax, I'm a civilized person. I don't resort to violence." Sang Ning's eyes curved slightly, but her smile didn't reach them.
Zhu Qi felt a surge of satisfaction in making Sang Ning back down. Twirling a strand of her dreadlock around her finger, she raised her brows at Sang Ning with smugness. "Good that you understand your place!"
